You can't get any closer to the beach. Was the best few, ocean view from every window. Great location. The only thing is the place need alot of TLC. Had a great time.

Host communication was 10/10 and quickly answered any questions. Spacious living area with a top tier view on the patio. The play toom and pool area was also great!

Great space. Very roomy. A couple odds and ends were out of place like broken screen on sliding door, main oven in kitchen didn’t work but there was an air fryer. Overall a decent place to stay. Pretty quiet area. I would stay again.

Loved the view. Loved the space. Very clean. Very comfortable furniture and bed. Overall great place. Was surprised at the torn curtains in the living room hanging off the rod. The dining room furniture was very trashed. The padding in all of the chairs was visible as the material on all chairs was torn and thread bare. Many stains on the carpet. Reached out as I didn’t want to leave a bad comment but owner never got back to me. Over all great place but too much money for the lack of care taken for property.

Beautiful view! Was disappointed in discovering the oven did not work. Definitely needs some appliance updates but still an amazing place to spend time with family.

Great location. Nice and quiet. Very relaxing. Well appointed kitchen. The place is a little dated, but still serviceable. We liked having several seating options for watching the waves (or the TV.) Would be happy to stay here again.

Beach front stay

Lovely views from living room and kitchen/ dining room. Comfy beds and plenty of room. Very clean and had all the things we needed to be comfortable. Would highly recommend!!

Property was part of a complex managed by another entity, but host participated with the organization which included access to an indoor pool & recreation center. Condo was very clean & had a wonderful view of the ocean as well as easy access to stairs down to a beautiful beach. Kitchen was fully supplied for food preparation. TV's in living and bedrooms. Covered parking for one vehicle and additional parking available for subsequent vehicles. Communication with host was available thru VRBO app that was responded to quickly.

Yes, the place is a bit older, but for what you pay, it’s great. It was very clean and quiet. The view is spectacular! The other units available here are rentable through Cavalier if you want to pay more for units that are all remodeled with newer furnishings. The bed we used in the primary was very comfortable, both bathrooms were very clean and well stocked, along with the kitchen. The shower door in the smaller bathroom doesn’t stay closed, but my husband didn’t notice it caused too much of a problem when showering. The place is for sale and paperwork was taped to the door about the sale of the property, so I am not sure how much longer it will be available for a rental through here. There is overflow parking which we used. The cover parking for the unit is tight if you don’t have a small car or suv. We didn’t use the pool or game area but it all looked very clean and well maintained for age of the place. It’s definitely not all new. Beach access was easy and a place to wash feet is provided for guests to use. We would definitely stay here again if the unit is available in the future. If not, I’ll look into renting another unit. We love this location along the coast to be in the middle of all the places we like to go.

Beautiful location. Unit was clean and ready. No problems. Missed having a light above dining table. Check in was easy except I got confused as it said as pool key was in floater on table when it is was with house key. All in all a lovely condo

The light, vent, microwave combo above stovetop did not work. The oven took several hours to heat up and didn't seem to ever reach a temperature of 350. The condo was clean and although old the furniture was comfortable. If you like extra firm mattress the beds would work for you. The view was great and the pool was fun.

The view was fantastic. The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious and well appointed with all the necessities. Towels, blankets, flatware, dishes and even spices were well stocked. The balcony was large with ample seating. The complex was clean, well maintained and quiet. Communication was great. I am only giving four stars because the condo needs to be updated.
