This extra large Sea Gypsy Condo is a ground-level, oceanfront junior suite with master bedroom and two full baths. At 825 square feet, Betta's Cove is the largest unit on the ground floor and offers lots of space for you and your family to enjoy the ocean view. Full size fireplace, wireless internet, cable TV and DVD players in both rooms; full kitchen with dishwasher, dining table and chairs, and breakfast bar that seats 3. You're just ten steps away from the sand or the indoor saltwater pool and sauna.

Our condo is rented as a suite, which includes a separate bedroom and two full baths. Beautifully furnished with fireplace, full kitchen and all the amenities. Let this be your home away from home for a time of relaxation and reconnecting with family and friends.

The ocean is right outside and provides a perfect back drop for conversation, games and walks. Step out and enjoy the grass lawn immediately outside your sliding door, or just steps to the beach. Right on the D-River and a short walk up the beach to the tide pools.

This condo is perfect for girls weekends, romantic getaways, family gatherings, or quiet times of rejuvenation. This is the largest ground-floor unit at the Sea Gypsy!

A Delightful Getaway

Wonderful Experience!

Betta’s Cove was the perfect place for our get-away at the beach. Accommodations were super, with a fantastic view of the ocean! The weather wasn’t all that great, but we were happy to stay indoors in this homey atmosphere. Thank you for providing such a great place for R&R!!

THE VIEW

Stayed here for 10 nights. We loved everything about this property. From the amazing views to the nice extra touches (tissues, cups in bathroom, closet full of extras if needed, coffee, great spice cabinet) in the condo which are very much appreciated. The swimming pool was nice and warm, used it most every day. Owners were fantastic to work with. I also appreciate the affordability, with everything being so high in price it's great to still be able to afford a vacation home. Hopefully you can keep it that way. The only small suggestion I would make is to replace shower rods with half moon rods, so shower curtain doesn't stick to your body. Will definitely return, Thank you for a great vacation!

Great spot right on the beach

This is a lovely condo right on the beach. Can’t beat the beach access. The condo is well appointed and has comfortable seating for a small family like ours. Loved the fake fireplace and cozy chairs. The only reason I did not give this property five stars is the kitchen items were not as complete as I’m used to in a unit with a kitchen and the bed in the main room is way too soft. It’s also noisy at times because the outer bedroom is near the pool entrance. Owner can’t control that, but you should know if you have children that room can be loud if they sleep there. Otherwise it’s outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked sitting in the comfy recliners and watching the ocean - very relaxing. People above were not very considerate of other guests. Someone in the immediate area was playing load music until 2:30 AM. Otherwise its a great condo and I would stay again minus the noise.

The condo was as advertised, very well equipped with all the necessities, plus more, and clean. Would have much preferred a real fireplace, but the electric one was as advertised; for ambiance only, no heat.

Upon check in I noticed there was a large stain on the bed sheets. Made me feel very uncomfortable sleeping in the bed. We also found a moldy grape by the bed that was in the living room. We did not have grapes with us. I would recommend that they provide nicer bath towels. There were not enough towels for our family and they were more like worn down, frayed towels. I did appreciate all the cooking utensils in the unit.

Cozy Home Away from Home

This condo is super comfortable and cozy! It is so well stocked, it literally has everything you could need or want. It was so nice not to have to bring tons of things from home. The location is great & having Kyllo’s restaurant right next door is so awesome! We would definitely stay here again.

Great for families!

Location is great with kids to be able to come and go back and forth to the beach quickly. The two separate bed room areas and bathrooms are great for families too. Full kitchen is so convenient.

Just Plain Amazing!

We have stayed in a few vacation rentals in the past, and at each one, there was always one or two things that were broken, missing, or not working that were annoying and made the property a little less comfortable. Let me tell you, this was NOT the case at Betta's Cove! EVERYTHING was in perfect working order. The unit was extremely clean (and I'm picky) with comfortable beds, linens, and couches. The owner provided handy written instructions for anything that may otherwise have caused frustration figuring it out. Although we didn't use the kitchen much, it seemed to be well-stocked and very functional. Betta's Cove felt easy and comfortable, like home. EXCEPT... home doesn't have Beach access literally steps out the back door!!! It was so nice to be able to come and go to the beach and back any time, without having to do too much planning or hauling! Thank you for providing such an amazing place to stay! We hope to be able to stay here again soon!

Great Home Away From Home!

What a great vacation! We had a great stay. The amenities were comfortable with great extras like books, games, binoculars, and extra space to relax! Great TV, couches, recliners, and 2 bathrooms can’t be beat! Lincoln City itself is a fun place to explore, and being right on the beach in this rental was perfect! We walked along the beach, played ball, frisbee, and collected sea treasures. Whether the weather was sunny or cloudy... this location was beautiful!

The perfect beach rental.

We stayed there "off season" and it was fantastic. Great location and right on the beach. Also has a lovely indoor pool. It is right in the middle of Lincoln city so it not very far from anything. I'm sure we will stay there again.

My grandparents were owners at the Sea Gypsy since the day it was built in 1971. When I was a kid, they purchased unit 108, which became our default family vacation spot. I have so many great memories of our family trips to Lincoln City, from huge family reunions to quick weekend getaways from our home in Portland. We spent countless hours digging in the sand, playing on the rocks, and eating steamer clams at Kyllo's. My grandparents would often stay the entire month of January at the condo, enjoying the winter stormy weather of the Oregon Coast.

This condo is really a "home away from home" for our family. We've tried to make it cozy and happy for our guests and for our family. You can't beat the location, only a few steps down to the sand from the front door. And on those stormy Lincoln City days, it's a great place to bundle up inside and spend time together. We love this place and we hope you will too.
