The Space:

Whether it is a sit-down dinner around the table or popcorn while watching a movie - the choice is yours! There is even a small nook near corner windows where one could sit and write a letter, read a book or simply bask in the sun.



Go out the sliding glass door from the dining room and here you will take in breath taking views of the ocean from over the tree tops below. If it is the sunset on a warm sunny night or sipping coffee in the morning the views are yours to be had anytime.

The beach access is a short stroll from this home. It is about 4 blocks down a nice quiet residential road to the path that takes you onto the sand. This area is a protected sanctuary where you will see anything from deer to seals. If you are lucky, the sand will be low enough to expose ancient tree trunks showing you where the shoreline was hundreds of years ago. And if that is not enough - well there is always the miles of sand that lay ahead just waiting to see your footprints.
