The Space:

This Oregon Coast getaway sits in Nedonna Beach and is within walking distance of the sand. This rental is tastefully decorated within with beautiful, dark wood doors, local artwork, and comfortable furnishings. This home also features modern appliances, flatscreen TVs, a warming and very efficient wood stove, and even a PlayStation in the loft area to ensure the whole family enjoys their next adventure.



What's nearby:

Load up the provided wagon and walk just two blocks to the beach to play on the sand or investigate the local tidepools. Downtown Rockaway Beach is less than three miles south where you will find plenty of dining options, antique stores, and necessities, and if you're visiting in July, don't miss their fun 4th of July parade right down Main Street. Catch the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad for a quick trip down to the fishing village of Garibaldi where you can pick up some fresh seafood from the marina.

Very happy with rental. Away from the noise of highway 101. Well stocked, great location near the beach and short driving distance north for hikes, views and more beaches. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was great! We rented it to be close to the beach but enjoyed the house so much it could have been much further away from the beach and we would have been happy. They included a lot of amenities, things I wouldn't have thought of. We would definitely stay here again. My only issue was the pet fee- I didn't realize that was an added fee, I didn't see that listed when I booked And, we have two medium/large dogs, and then a third dog- a 5lb chihuahua. Every other time a VRBO lists a 2 dog minimum I'm able to speak with the owner and get permission to bring the third tiny dog along- sometimes they want a bigger pet fee, which I offer. I reached out to ask this property if we could bring our third dog and pay an additional pet fee and they said the 2 dog rule was a hard rule, no negotiating. So, we had to leave our little one at my dad's. That was the only bummer to our vacation, as our chihuahua would have had so much fun and brought joy to our trip. So, I wish there had been wiggle room. But, I'll still give 5 stars because we really did enjoy the property!

Property is just a 5 minute walk to the beach dog friendly. It has complete amenities. It’s a home away from home. Except Sofa needs to be replaced a lot of stains and no more cushioning when you sit on it. Other than that overall I will still rate it as excellent.

Great little house with a well stocked kitchen. Super comfy space with easy access to the beach. Loved the lounge chairs on the deck and the generously supplied firewood.

Perfect beach house, comfy, cozy, and quiet. Everything we needed for kitchen. Nice patio to soak up some sun. 3-5 min walk to beach.

Great place to stay!

We loved this little house! It felt decently clean and was well stocked. Very pet friendly and the kids loved it. Great to walk to nedonna beach and it’s central to other towns too. The only thing I’d warn against is if you’re bringing kids and pets be careful in the yard. It’s FULL of stickers. My husband got a good one lodged in his foot and we couldn’t take the dog to potty in the yard.

Wonderful stay at this home near the beach.

We had a great time at this property just two blocks from the beach. We took our dog with us for a weekend away and had a great time. The neighborhood was quiet, the property was on a large lot that has more than enough room for a family to spread out. The best part for us was the wood stove. A lot of rentals wont allow use of the stove. Everything we needed to use it was supplied. Wood, axe, fire starter. It was all there for us so that we didn't have to bring any of it ourselves. Great stay, we will definitely be back.

Great location and well stocked

The location could not be better. Close to the beach, close to a town with groceries and restaurants, but secluded in a quiet little neighborhood. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We were instantly wishing we had booked a longer stay!

Great place for family at the beach!

This house was perfect for a family of four. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Definitely the cleanest rental I've had at the beach too. The only negative to note is that there are burs everywhere outside of the house and they are very painful. Be careful with kids outside (shoes are a must) and I wouldn't bring a dog.

I love Nedonna Beach. The house was spotless and well-appointed. Nice touches with beach towels and firewood for the firepit. Would stay again!

Quiet, clean and cozy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cheerful, comfortable seaside cottage just a 5min walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and there were fun beach toys for the kids. A word of note, reading material and movie selection wasn’t generally suitable for children. It has a nice yard, and the neighborhood was quiet, in May, at least! We would definitely return.

Nice relaxing spot. Short stroll to great beach.

House was supplied with everything needed for comfortable stay. Next time we'll plan to prepare more meals . Pleasantly surprised to find additional half bath . Good sized back deck with railing and gate to allow our puppy to enjoy the warm sunshine. Benches, table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Very comfortable

We come over to the coast a couple times a year. We have rented this house twice so far. It’s well stocked and comfortable. Just a suggestion, the King bed needs new sheets, they were balled up. Has a great back deck, it’s to bad part of it isn’t covered so you could bbq when it’s raining. Dining table top isn’t in the best shape and the shower tub makes annoying creaking noises. But this will not stop us from renting this house again. We love the location. Both bedrooms have TV’s which is awesome.

Great place, clean, quiet, and short walk to beach. Property manager was "johnny on the spot" to help with BBQ. Would recommend to others.

Clean, comfortable, well-furnished beach house

This super-clean, spacious, light-filled house had all that we needed: good location in quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, TVs with lots of DVDs, fast wireless internet connection.

Relaxing and perfect ambiance

It was the perfect fit for us. Open natural light; we all commented how beautiful it was when we walked in. Fun welcoming items for my grandson and my adult family. Just the right touch of fun sea related art on the walls and counter accents. Warm and inviting. The red wagon was great to take to the beach. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit out back. I loved that my dog could be in the enclosed area on the porch with us. We had such a great time. Lots to do with the beach, train ride, cheese factory, cute shops, and wine tasting. Everyone was so warm and friendly in town, and the neighborhood when I walked my dog. I definitely recommend this property for friends or family vacations.

We loved it!

First impression upon entry: Super clean! Once inside: Tons of extras that weren’t expected, but appreciated! Lots of kitchen items, lots of extra nice touches in every room. Beds: Comfy! TV: Updated, has all the bells & whistles. Deck: Lovely! Grill was clean & had plenty of propane. Has a gate so the dog could hang out without being on a leash. Loved that. Weather was rainy for us but we would have hung out at the table if it was nice outside. Neighborhood: Quiet (for now), homes being built/upgraded in every direction, people are realizing how perfect the spot is! Really can’t say enough, we loved it and I would definitely book again.
