Located just north of Powder Horn Bay and across the water from lakeside dining, the home enjoys a prime yet peaceful location. With a private dock and boat slip, the lake becomes an extension of your living space—inviting you to swim, kayak, fish, or boat directly from the shoreline. When you’re ready to explore beyond the water, the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes and the iconic Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course with its floating green are both within easy reach.

Set on a scenic point along Lake Coeur d’Alene, this neighborhood is defined by its privacy, natural beauty, and uninterrupted connection to the water. The area feels intentionally removed, with homes positioned to take advantage of expansive lake views and forested surroundings. Guests often remark on the quiet, the wildlife, and the sense of being immersed in nature rather than visiting a developed resort area. Days here revolve around the lake, outdoor activities, and enjoying the scenery, while evenings are calm and dark, perfect for stargazing and reflection. This location is especially well suited for guests seeking seclusion, serenity, and a true North Idaho lake experience.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is required for getting around from this remote lakeside setting. There are no walkable services nearby, so guests typically drive to Harrison and nearby marinas for groceries, dining, and boat access. Roads are paved, with winding shoreline stretches that can make travel feel slower than the mileage suggests. Many guests plan errands in a single trip, then spend most of their time enjoying the lake and the peaceful surroundings. Boat time is popular in summer and complements driving for exploring the shoreline. Parking is easy on site, and day trips to Coeur d’Alene are doable for guests who plan longer outings.

You must be 30 years or older to rent this property

No ATVs, motorcycles, or side by sides allowed.

The downstairs is accessed by a separate entrance outside, just below the main deck.

Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).

Loft includes four 6” memory foam twin sleeping pads.

No business or commercial use allowed.

Pets are not allowed on site. If evidence of animals is discovered an additional $350 fee will be assessed.

The boat slip and dock are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

There is a motion-activated Ring camera at the front door for security
