Ellen's Escape Lake CDA Rental -- Dog and Family Friendly -- Dock Available

The house has had some recent updates and is ready for your family vacation.

Ellen's Escape is a 4 bedroom/2 bath Lake Front House with a great floor plan and a spectacular view from a furnished deck. Only a few minute walk to the neighborhood restaurant/bar and a few steps from your own private beach and dock, Ellen's Escape is located in a prime location within a no-wake zone that gives you and your family the serenity and privacy you need.

Accommodates up to 16 guests including children: (1) king bed, (3) queen beds, (1) twin bed bunkbed, (1) twin/full bunkbed with trundle, (1) queen bed sleeper sofa. Any guests over 10 will include an extra charge and guests over 16 will need prior approval.

The living room has a large comfortable couch and recliner with a flat screen TV. The dining area has seating for 8 but can be extended for larger groups upon request. Additional seating can be found at the kitchen bar. The main level sliding glass door opens up to a beautiful deck where you can enjoy the view while relaxing in the swing, couch or chairs while grilling up a delicious steak and juicy burger on two gas grills. Breathe in the lake air while you dine at one of the 2 picnic tables.

Take the stairway down to the game/tv room, with a pool table and board games. Laundry is there as well. The sliding glass door opens up to a porch, where you will find two inflatable paddle boards, two kayaks, plenty of lake toys and life jackets. There is also an outdoor table, 6 additional chairs and 2 loungers.

The main level has (2) bedrooms with a full bath. There is a California king in one of the bedrooms with (2) queen beds in the other. The downstairs level has (2) bedrooms and bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has (2) bunkbeds that can sleep up to 7.

The kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. (2) refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stovetop, (2) blenders, coffee maker (Keurig and carafe), instapot, griddle, Kitchen Aid mixer, ice cream maker, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more!

Ellen's Escape is within walking distance to the neighborhood restaurant/bar and provides public access to the marina. Downtown Coeur d'Alene is a quick 22 minute drive that has parks, hiking trails, a splash park, and restaurants.

Ellen's escape is a non-smoking unit and is dog friendly for (2) dogs 50 lbs and under for an additional fee. Over 50 lbs and additional dogs requires pre-approval.
