The Architects Home is spacious three bedrooms house with two bathrooms and two large terraces located in quite and peaceful resident part of Dubrovnik. All the main attractions that the city of Dubrovnik has to offer are in the 15-20 min walking distance, including the Old Town of Dubrovnik, beaches of Lapad bay and Gruz harbour. When you get tired of walking around town, you can get back and enjoy this beautiful home and get some rest, or have a glass of wine on a terrace with a seaview. The front terrace with a seaview is perfect for enjoying cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening while watching Dubrovnik sunset. The back terrace, which is in the shade for the most of the day, is the perfect for relaxing trough out a day. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the attic there is a third room with a bathroom. Whole house is airconditioned, and there are also ventilators for better circulation of fresh air.
