After a fun filled day at the Disney theme parks or on the golf course, what would be better than a swim in the private screened pool or relaxing in the lounger from the lanai with a drink?

The dream vacation can come true in our lovely Disney villa! Situated in Silver Creek, a tranquil and picturesque new vacation community just one mile north of the US192 and 12 minutes from Disney Main Gate West, our villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves, at very affordable family value rates! We have two side-by-side villas. each has 5 bedrooms (two master suites) and 3 bathrooms. Total of 4 suites and 6 bathrooms makes a comfortable living for up to 24 people.

Our villas are ideal for families who want to be close to the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer but wish to be located amongst the solitude of conservation land, lakes and wildlife.

These two beautiful Mediterranean style villas have total of 4 master suites with 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds, each has its own large private bathroom, 2 additional queen rooms, 4 twin rooms (each has 2 twin beds) , and 2 queen size sofa sleepers. It comfortably sleeps up to 24 people. 2 washer and dryer, bed linen and towels are provided. 2 super-sized (30'x15'), southeast facing pools (one with SPA) can be optionally heated. The lanai and pool is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine and great view to come in. Two kitchens are fully equipped with open bars, two dining tables can seat for 12 peoples, and two breakfast tables can seat for 8 people. Two patio tables seat for 8 people. Cable TV is provided . High speed internet access with Wi-Fi (wireless) connectivity is provided.

Our villa is very kid friendly. 2 Highchairs, 2 strollers, 2 playpens. Both pools have child safety fence and gate.
This villa is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable). BBQ Grill rental can be arranged before your arrival with a fee.

my experience at this house was horrible bad communication stove and oven was dirty. Blinds were broken ceiling fans didn’t work TVs and bedroom did not work. Only one TVs were 13 inch TVs in the bedroom and a 32 inch in the living room fence to the pool area was broken Tiles on the floor was coming up. Sinks in the bedroom were dirty and not working properly. Carpet was dirty with lots of spots in it walls were very dirty. Pool did not work. You had to keep a water hose in it so water can stay in it. Dishwasher did not work Ceiling fans look like they’re about to fall out. The ceiling. Furniture was very outdated and dirty baby furniture was unacceptable and very dirty floors were dirty walls were dirty one light bulb in each room. it was tape in the bathtub holding cracks together. The communication was very horrible. I rented this for our Thanksgiving. Dinner was so embarrassed.

Overall it was nice. The communication with the owners prior to check-in was good, and actually checking in was great. The neighborhood was nice, and felt very safe. The house was relatively clean except for the bugs in the kitchen cabinets, but raid was provided. The home was comfortable but could really use some updating. There was a pool table in the homes, but 1 house only had half the pool balls and the other house had gouges out of the balls, probably from the cue sticks not have tips on them. The swimming pools could not be used at night because there was no lighting in the pool area and the screening around the pools had multiple tears in it. A person did show up on our second day to get the frogs out of the pool, but luckily there were no snakes, and the anoles were kinda cute running around inside the screening. The beds were comfortable, the TVs worked (you did have to move the cable around to get the picture to be clear), The ac’s worked, the fridge had oven racks cable tied on it to make shelves, but it kept the food cold and the freezer kept the frozen things frozen. Hopefully the owners give the homes a little attention, (especially taking care of the bugs in the kitchen) because these homes could be a great place to stay if they did.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves and the house was the perfect size. When we arrived the house was not the cleanest. Blinds were broken, kitchen floor and counter was sticky in spots, garbage was left in the one bathroom. I called the management company and left a message because there was something leaking in the garage the entire time we were there, but I did not receive a return call. It leads me to wonder if the management company is even communicating these things with the owners.

Owner may want to check property

Our family stayed 7 days in both properties. We encountered a few problems and i tried calling the management team the contract had and did not get a call back or message. I have rented houses for years and this was our worst. I dont believe the owner is aware of most of the problems or if they are they need some help.

Nice Location Terrible House

Anna was a pleasure and so helpful with everything. The house is falling apart though. The fridge has oven racks on the shelves which caused a big spill for food. The fridge itself would not stay closed. The management company that you have to call with any issues is absolutely TERRIBLE. We had to contact them because we paid for jacuzzi/pool heat and the first two days we couldn’t use it because it wasn’t working. I got ahold of management the day we arrived no call back. I called the following day the guy said he’d call me in 30 min. 5 hours later I reached out to Anna because no call or resolution. The third day we were able to use it. The house I have never had to do a complete deep clean on a house the first day. It was not clean at all and there were binkies and pills on the floor. I.brought 4 small animals so thankfully I got to them before they did. The outdoor furniture is crap! We had to buy chairs to use outdoors. The grill is a small camping grill we were unaware so we went ahead and bought a grill we left there. We left the house cleaner then we received it. The furniture is so outdated and uncomfortable. I was hoping to keep this as a yearly thing but I will not be returning.

great place to stay for Universal/Disney

We had a great time at the property. It is very close to Disney and not far from Universal. Nearby a Wal-Mart and food service. Will stay again on future trips.

Outdated, filthy, and down right unsafe.

Nothing is as it is portrayed on VRBO. The house has water damage, unclean, not safe for children, and very poor communication.

Please just avoid this house

The house is not properly maintained. To begin: it needs a new refrigerator. There are NO SHELVES in the refrigerator. This makes cooking difficult especially since we rented the two houses for thanksgiving. We ended up using the wire racks from the oven to create a shelf over the two bins at the bottom. Then we realized the door doesn’t shut properly. Thus your food does stay at the proper temperature. Then we opened up the dishwasher and almost threw up. It was black with mold and had standing water from who knows when. We called management immediately and we’re told that a technician couldn’t get there till the next day. Well a “technician”never came and we had 4 more days of living inwhat looked and felt like an old frat house. The floors were damaged in the bedrooms, the dryer’s heating coil does not work and the furniture drawers will fall out. Literally we had a foot and arm incident. And that is just the beginning, there is rust and mold on the shower curtains, the pool table has a hole in the pocket so that the balls fall on the floor and the TVs in the bedroom are the size of a computer monitor. Please save your money and avoid this house at all costs.

We had a great 10 day stay! Was awesome not having back neighbors and the vuew was pretty. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay again. Pool was amazing!!

Schöne Villa mit Pool in toller Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war sehr sauber. Der Pool war toll und alles war in nächster Nähe zu erreichen. Manches in der Villa ist in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Das sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten top

Great Location and Neighborhood

This home is a perfect base for attending the WDW parks as well as trips to the beach. The rental was as described and we had no issues with the property. The agreement and communication were straightforward.

Ok for the price

The house is very spacious and the location is great! The overall cleanliness of the property wasn’t great. The couches are worn and stained, the grill and outside outlets don’t work and there were several cigarette butts left by the pool when we arrived. The pool table is falling apart as well. As for our stay, besides for those minor inconveniences we had a great time. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the beds were comfortable to sleep on.

Great place for families.

We rented 2 houses Nextdoor to each other to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday. We had family meeting from all over. These houses were perfect for what we needed. They could use a little updating but that didn’t really bother us. They’re 20 minutes from Disney which was perfect for us, the neighborhood is quiet and people are nice. Any issues that we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thanks for allowing my family to reunite and celebrate my grandmother.

Place is nice a little outdated, never stayed at a place that never had small items like dishwashing liquid, paper towels, and little things like that. We have to buy everything. Other than that the place and area was nice

We paid for heat and they didn’t turn the heat on to heat the hot tub until the next day. What really upsets me was on our Departure day they had roofers coming to replace the roof at 630 AM!! Woke my whole family up. We were never told roofers would be coming otherwise I would have NEVER chose this house!!!

The property has mold the fridge cabinets dressers and floors are peeling. The pool table can’t be played with bc it’s missing a pocket. The grill does not work. I am still waiting for my call back.

Wonderful vacation

My family of 12 adults and 3 children rented both houses and they were perfect for our needs. Lots of space and the pools were great for after being in the sun all day ! Communication through the rental process was easy and Ann was winderful. Will definitely stay here again
