After a fun filled day at the Disney theme parks or on the golf course, what would be better than a swim in the private screened pool or relaxing in the lounger from the lanai with a drink?

The dream vacation can come true in our lovely Disney villa! Situated in Silver Creek, a tranquil and picturesque new vacation community just one mile north of the US192 and 12 minutes from Disney Main Gate West, our villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves, at very affordable family value rates! We have two side-by-side villas. each has 5 bedrooms (two master suites) and 3 bathrooms. Total of 4 suites and 6 bathrooms makes a comfortable living for up to 24 people.

Our villas are ideal for families who want to be close to the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer but wish to be located amongst the solitude of conservation land, lakes and wildlife.

These two beautiful Mediterranean style villas have total of 4 master suites with 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds, each has its own large private bathroom, 2 additional queen rooms, 4 twin rooms (each has 2 twin beds) , and 2 queen size sofa sleepers. It comfortably sleeps up to 24 people. 2 washer and dryer, bed linen and towels are provided. 2 super-sized (30'x15'), southeast facing pools (one with SPA) can be optionally heated. The lanai and pool is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine and great view to come in. Two kitchens are fully equipped with open bars, two dining tables can seat for 12 peoples, and two breakfast tables can seat for 8 people. Two patio tables seat for 8 people. Cable TV is provided . High speed internet access with Wi-Fi (wireless) connectivity is provided.

Our villa is very kid friendly. 2 Highchairs, 2 strollers, 2 playpens. Both pools have child safety fence and gate.
This villa is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable). BBQ Grill rental can be arranged before your arrival with a fee.

great place to stay for Universal/Disney

We had a great time at the property. It is very close to Disney and not far from Universal. Nearby a Wal-Mart and food service. Will stay again on future trips.

Wonderful vacation

My family of 12 adults and 3 children rented both houses and they were perfect for our needs. Lots of space and the pools were great for after being in the sun all day ! Communication through the rental process was easy and Ann was winderful. Will definitely stay here again

Pictures online were way better than what we showed up too. We booked this house for a week for our family of 11 members. When we arrived the house had many damage issues and dirty. Floors were filthy with dirt and hair. Half of the electrical sockets did not work. The electrical socket in the room with the unicorn beds which was behind the tv stand was halfway out of the wall, which is a safety hazard. Especially if you have small children. The tv itself in the unicorn room did not work at all, even when trying other outlets. Cupboards and drawers were all peeling off with whatever paint was on them. The fan did not work in one of the master rooms. The tv in the other master room was completely fuzzy and we were unable to watch it. The pool, which is one of the main reasons we booked the house, was completely unusable. Could not even see to the bottom of it. We called multiple times to tell them the situation. Two days later someone came out to dump a bunch of chemicals in it and left. Pool finally cleared up, but all the sediment was left on the bottom still making it unable to swim in. I don’t usually complain about these things, but this whole house situation is unacceptable and honestly should not even be listed for a vacation rental. There were plenty other issues as well, but I can only list so much on here. I would not recommend this place to anyone as it will put a damper on your vacation and the communication between the property management is almost nonexistent.

Great House

We had a great 10 day stay! Was awesome not having back neighbors and the vuew was pretty. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay again. Pool was amazing!!

Family vacation

Ann was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. Had lots of space for us to spread out and close to the parks. Made it easy to visit parks and come back relax and go back in later after dinner and swim in the pool. Good area that had access to stores for shopping and groceries.

Great Location and Neighborhood

This home is a perfect base for attending the WDW parks as well as trips to the beach. The rental was as described and we had no issues with the property. The agreement and communication were straightforward.

Great property for large families

Our extended family of 20 stayed in both houses for 1 week. We had a few issues upon check in but they were very quick to address them. We will definitely keep Ann and Gary in mind for the future. Tons of stuff to do close by and convenient to grocery stores.

Best houses ever!!!

We had a blast at the house. Our family is big so everyone was close and together. The pool, the rooms and the kitchen was nice. The property was clean too. the owner has provide good costumer service, always respond to our messages. We are coming again to Orlando and we will love to stay here again.

Overall great stay

The place was clean and well stocked. The pool was great. The couches and the out door chair pads could be updated due to wear. The master bedroom bed mattress has a big dip where a person sleeps, and we had to turn the mattress over to be able to sleep on it.

The home was poorly maintained. Not clean after emailing host back and forth to being reassured that the homes would get a deep cleaning. I was so embarrassed that my out of town family had to clean upon arrival, homes looked nothing like the pictures on site. Host was not responsive to my concerns and more more concerned about getting replacement pool sticks that where broken upon arrival. I didn’t get to enjoy my vacation dealing with all of this.

Wonderful location, beautiful home and very clean

From the booking of the house on-line to getting the return deposit, our experience was WONDERFUL. We (a group of 19) rented the 2 houses together; we went to Disney celebrating the miracle of our niece being cancer free. We all have wonderful memories. Coming back to the houses in the evenings after a long day of walking, the pool was nice for the children and the adults had everything they needed for the meals and a good nights rest. Thank you for opening up your home to our family.

Beautiful, Clean, conveniently located

Pool was nice but cold!!!! BRRRRRR!!! I don't know if we were too cheap to spring for pool heat or what I don't remember, but that sucker was cold! (LOL) Location was nice, right next to a Wal-Mart and several restaurants! Great house layout, had all the amenities one might need! Nice neighborhood, felt safe! I would recommend!

Great place for families.

We rented 2 houses Nextdoor to each other to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday. We had family meeting from all over. These houses were perfect for what we needed. They could use a little updating but that didn’t really bother us. They’re 20 minutes from Disney which was perfect for us, the neighborhood is quiet and people are nice. Any issues that we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thanks for allowing my family to reunite and celebrate my grandmother.

It is advertised as ten bedroom two home side by side but that's not true the booking was canceled

House was filthy smelled like dogs had been kept there blinds missing and the couch full of stains and bugs it was advertised as 10 bedroom a hoaxes need to be taken off VRBO LIST

Great place for the price!

We just recently had a group of adults rent this house and one other. We loved that we were able to rent 2 houses within walking distance so we could all still feel like we were together without being overcrowded in one house. We were not looking for anything high end or fancy, so these houses worked perfectly. The price couldn't be beaten. Everything was in working order and there were no bugs. The beds were comfortable and the pools were clean. We only contacted the owner once about the heat, which we had forgotten to order, but the owner responded right away that day.

Owner may want to check property

Our family stayed 7 days in both properties. We encountered a few problems and i tried calling the management team the contract had and did not get a call back or message. I have rented houses for years and this was our worst. I dont believe the owner is aware of most of the problems or if they are they need some help.

Outdated, filthy, and down right unsafe.

Nothing is as it is portrayed on VRBO. The house has water damage, unclean, not safe for children, and very poor communication.

Florida/Disney Vacation

Our stay at this property was great! Close enough to all the Disney parks but also near stores for groceries. Our family of 10 enjoyed this house, it was so nice to all be in one place together as opposed to a couple different hotel rooms but yet the teenagers could go in the bedrooms to be away from everyone. The property was clean and well maintained and more than enough room for all of us. Three bathrooms was a huge plus as well! It was also very nice to have our own private pool as our youngest granddaughter is a little nervous and doesn't like all the splashing so we did not have to worry about that. Ann, the owner, was super nice and helpful as I had a lot of questions since we have never stayed anywhere other than a hotel. I hope to be able to go back and would definitely recommend this rental property to anybody. Thank you, Ann!
