House with private pool with beautiful view Val d 'Orcia

The house has a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of one client. It is 1 km from the medieval village of Monticchiello 7 km from Pienza and Montepulciano and 30 km from Montalcino. It is an old 19th century farmhouse located in the Tuscan countryside in the heart of the Val d Orcia. It is a place surrounded by nature in an uncontaminated corner of Tuscany with unique landscapes in the world,Overlooking Pienza Montepulciano and Monticchiello.It is the ideal place to spend your vacation. The farmhouse is located on a hilltop, surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views. From the windows of the rooms, the garden and the swimming pool, you can see Pienza, Monticchiello, Montepulciano, and the famous "Monticchiello Curves" where many Directors have filmed famous films and advertisements. From the house you can admire beautiful sunsets, unique in the world.
From the farm you can visit areas of art and culture. Ideal for cycling or walking, or taking pictures in a beautiful countryside. Wi-Fi and free parking are available. The house has wooden beams, terracotta floors and stylish furniture, and has mosquito nets on the windows.My husband Fabio and I live a part of the farmhouse, but with an independent entrance and on the other side of the entrance to the farmhouse. Naturally, the swimming pool is available to customers only ((neither Fabio nor I go there).The farmhouse is on two floors: on the ground floor we have
- a kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven and hob, all cooking accessories and a table with chairs
-the living room with a table with chairs, sofa bed and fireplace.
- a small bathroom.
You have two doors that open directly onto the garden and the magnificent view. You can eat both at home and in the garden and in the pool
On the first floor we have:
- a double bedroom
- bathroom with shower.
- one room with two single beds (One third bed can be added only on early request and only for a child under 12 years and without any extra payment) With advance application you can also combine the two single beds so that you have Another double bed, so you can have two double bedrooms.
-Upon request early we provide the baby bed
-bathroom has a bathtub.
The rooms have mosquito nets at the windows and the bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.
The garden is great, you can find roses, broom, rosemary, sage and many other plants.
At guests' disposal there is a private swimming pool of 6 m for 12 m with loungers, chairs, deckchairs, tables and two gazebos. In the vicinity of the farm you can fish in two lakes.The farm is reserved for a single reservation to guarantee privacy both in the swimming pool and in the garden (there are no other tourists in the property). The house is equipped of independent heating (which is not included in the price).The attention of the guest in our facility is very cured and is family-run. I and Fabio will welcome you on your arrival and will be available for any advice on what to go for, or for restaurants or shops etc.(As long as you like!) We live in the structure with opposite entry rom yours and of course we do not use the pool when there are the .customers.To spend a holiday in Monticchiello you need a car because there are no public transport. If you arrive from the north you have to take the highway A1 (highway of the Sun) Rome-Firenze and you have to go out to Valdichiana and follow the sign for Montepulciano. After passing Montepulciano and follow the sign to Chianciano, after about 2 km turn to Monticchiello. For those coming from the South, take the A1 Roma - Firenze motorway exit at Chiusi - Chianciano and follow the indications for Chianciano. Then overtake Chianciano and follow the sign to Montepulciano. Go past the village of Sant 'Albino after about 2 km turn left towards Monticchiello.
The closest airports are: Rome (2 hours 30 minutes), Florence (2 hours) and Pisa (3 hours).
The nearest train station is Chiusi - Chianciano Terme about 40 minutes by car. There is no public transport to the house. The house is one kilometer from the village of Monticchiello
