At Rim Rock be greeted with a lovely log cabin with vaulted ceilings, log beams, and a spectacular wood burning stove. With an open floor plan the living space is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The cabin is immersed in floor to ceiling windows offering lovely Hill Country views from all levels of the cabin. The dining space hosts a unique 8-seat octagon table, which is bound to have guests admiring its special shape. The kitchen is stocked with all that is needed for cooking up hearty meals for family and friends.

Guests are sure to have a peaceful night's sleep in one of the four bedrooms each with their own bit of Texas flair. Located on the main floor, the first bedroom hosts a queen bed with patio access to the new Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also located on the main floor hosts a queen bed. Upstairs find the master suite with a private balcony, king bed with western-inspired decor, giving it a fun vibe. An ensuite with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub, makes it convenient to get ready for a night out. Find a fourth roomy bedroom accessed through the master bathroom or use the private staircase to access the room.

But the real excitement awaits in the game room, where friendly competitions unfold amidst the lively atmosphere of foosball, shuffleboard, and Pac-Man. Need a break? Simply unfold the queen-sized Murphy bed and sink into comfort for a well-deserved nap or restful night's sleep.

Outdoors, enjoy gorgeous views of the Hill Country while relaxing in the large inground swimming pool with waterfall! Real Ale offers guided tours and a taproom tasting experience.

Within 30 minutes, explore Fredericksburg or travel to Wine Road 290, which offers 19 wineries within a few miles of each other. Visit one of Fredericksburg’s two amazing museums: the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum. During the summer, make sure to stop by a fruit stand and grab some famous Fredericksburg peaches.

Spend the day in Kerrville at the Schreiner Park located on 517 acres on the Guadalupe River, where you can swim, rent boats and enjoy hiking trails. The Museum of Western Art and the Pollinator Museum are fun and interesting for all ages. Indulge in one of the fabulous restaurants while listening to local artists’ music.
