Welcome to PS Ranch! This restored 1940's home is full of character and only a quick 15-minute drive from historic downtown Fredericksburg and the heart of Wine Country! The home provides the privacy and peace of being nestled in the tranquil Texas Hill Country surroundings while still conveniently located near the best that Fredericksburg has to offer!

The Living Room is spacious and consists of 2 large Sofas, 2 Reclining chairs, Full pull-out Sofa and a Smart TV for streaming ability (No Cable) where you can enjoy a peaceful evening inside!

The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, large Closet and Chest of drawers for extra storage.

The Second bedroom features a Queen over Queen Bunk Bed and a Full Futon couch.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for any meal at home to include a Keurig Coffee maker (we provide a starter amount of coffee, creamer and sugar), Utensils, Cookware, Microwave, Toaster, etc. The 6 large Dining Table is perfect for family meals or game nights!

Whether visiting Fredericksburg to enjoy Downtown shopping and dining as well as the Nimitz Museum, Museum of the Pacific War and downtown wineries or to venture out to Enchanted Rock, Wildseed Farms or a Winery Tour of all 290 wineries, this is the spot for you!

Also located 25 minutes from Kerrville you can enjoy the beautiful Guadalupe river! Swimming, canoeing, fishing, and great walking and bike trails are things you can enjoy in Louise Park. We provide a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee, sweetener and creamer, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc for all of our guests. All linens are laundered and sanitized for each new guest!
