The weekend at the houseboat was such a fun experience. However, there were no trash bags and no wash cloths and we needed an extra towel. Otherwise, the entire experience, including the host, was great. We will definitely plan to stay at this property again! Thanks for the wagon!

If you’re looking for some peace and quiet, this is the place. Sitting outside on the deck with a cool breeze was so nice and relaxing. I absolutely loved being here and hated to leave. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. They have everything you need for a fun getaway. Thank you again, Andrew, for sharing your space with us. We’re telling everyone we know how much we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had an amazing experience staying at this lovely boathouse over Labor Day weekend. We wanted to do something different and out of the ordinary, and this was definitely a great choice for us! The hosts were extremely kind and helpful before, during, and after our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed cooking in their beautiful kitchen, while watching a movie in their big screen TV! If you are looking for a relaxing get-away in the Bainbridge area, we encourage you to rent this place! Thank you for everything, Andrew and Alyssa!!!G. AyalaMiami, FL

We loved our stay at the boathouse! It was so relaxing and had everything we needed. The decor was super cute and cozy, we felt right at home and so comfortable.

Our stay here was excellent. From the ease of parking to the check in process. Communication was top notch and made the entire trip very enjoyable. The entire place was clean and comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful and just what we needed. Definitely would recommend and will stay here again.

This was an AMAZING place to stay. The walk from the parking lot to the houseboat is a bit, but the owner (Andrew) provides a nice wagon to put your stuff in and take it down to the rental which is very nice. There were a couple of small issues, but Andrew was MORE than willing to do what he could to make things right. In the end, he made everything right with us and my wife and I were MORE than happy. The houseboat is right on the Flint river. There is a screened in porch so you can enjoy the nights bug-free, and also, an nice dock in front of the screened in porch where you can soak your feet and enjoy the sun rise and sunset. Bring your fishing poles if you enjoy fishing. You can literally stand on the front deck and catch your dinner if you wish. The neighbors were wonderful. We spent one night just chatting with one neighbor and she was sweet as could be. We were within 5 minutes of Walmart for anything we needed, as well as several Mexican/BBQ restaurants that had great food, but we still felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. It was very peaceful and quite. The Marina had a WONDERFUL restaurant that was Hawaiian based. My wife lived in Hawaii and said the Hawaiian food was very authentic. I can't say enough good about this place. If you want something relaxing, on the water and quite, yet close to the comforts of the city, this is your place. If you are looking for a rental in this area - RENT THIS PLACE !!
