3 bdrm, (2 Double bedrooms) 1 Twin bedroom + 1 Twin airbed). 2 baths, washer-dryer, large private screen porch. Area to clean fish & set up fish fryers on side yard.
Host provides 1 towel, per guest (if you like extra towels, bring with you).
**WIFI, free ROKU TV & youtube. Guests may stream from their home accounts on cell.**
20 miles to boat basin in Bainbridge, GA, Bass Capital of GA. Large screen porch has ceiling fan & private area to watch the sunset through the trees. If you enjoy grilling or setting up fryers, plenty of space in side yard. Large Screen Porch offers a perfect setting to relax & privacy. A great area to store coolers, fishing gear, boots or equipment, etc.
Arrive to enjoy comfort, peace & quiet after a long day of fishing, vidit8ng with relatives, hunting or local day trips around quaint small SW GA towns, FL Beaches, Wineries, Tallahassee museums, Mariana Caverns or Wakulla Springs. Or sit & enjoy catching up on your days events, after enjoying some of our local community restaurants around the Lake, Bainbridge or Donalsonville, GA
Cottage is 1 mile from public boat ramps & 5 miles from Seminole State Park, where you can rent kyack or Canoe, take the kids to swim on a beach area, playground, biking or hiking trails.
This is a great location for Fishing Tournament guests.
Bainbridge is 20 miles to Nature Trails, play ground, Restaurants on Town Square, Mega Boat Ramps @ Boat Basin & plenty of delicious restaurants.

*Required to Pour Grease in grease can, not down drains.
*Remove food items you bring out of fridge at check out.
* NO overnight unauthorized guests. Reach out to Owner, if you have special requests or need changes.

*No minors under age 7
* All minors must be accompanied by adult when outside
*Max 4 guests, unless ask Host in advance.
