If you are a golfer ,this is the place. We spent many relaxing hours on the lanai watching golfers go by. Very nice place and the host is generous with everything. Good location too!

This home was in a great location! Close to Sarasota, beaches, golf and shopping. The home was spacious and had everything we needed for a family of 4. We enjoyed watching the golfers while sitting on the back porch and even played the course- convenient. We had a great week!

Not only was the property amazing, but Brian goes above and beyond for his guests. The house lacks nothing, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother vacation. Zero issues and definitely above and beyond 5 stars!!

Brian was a great host and was very help with check-in. He provide some good recommendation to some local establishments as well. House was clean and spacious and very close to our soccer tournament. I would rent from him again in a heart beat!Great entertainment watching people try to play golf on the course between our soccer matches!!

My mom and I are originally from the area so we knew what we wanted and had certain standards and expectations. This met all of them and then some!! The host was so accommodating and very easy to get ahold of. We loved the 5 minute drive to my aunt’s house in Lakewood Ranch and just how close this was to everything we knew, loved, and missed from when we used to live there. I forgot to take photos but the house looks exactly like what you see on the listing. My simple, born-and-raised Missouri country boy husband even called it a “mansion.” LOL Something else of note — there was more than enough room to set up a travel crib for our one-year-old, too! So much better than hotels! My mom had her privacy on the other side of the house, which I think she really enjoyed. Everything was just clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend for future travelers! Thanks for everything - this really made our nostalgic trip “home” for the first time in 4 years so special.

Fantastic property

Gorgeous home with comfortable beds, awesome showers in a quiet neighborhood. The house is close to shopping and restaurants with easy access to the highway and beach. Great communication with property owner too.

The location is convenient, and the house is very welcoming and spacious. The patio that oversees the golf course is joyful to have a morning coffee. Every room in the house has beautiful interior decorations. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for a family gathering!

Wonderful property

This is a wonderful rental! The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and a relaxing location. Shopping from groceries to mall within a reasonable distance. Brian furnished us an excellent list of recommended restaurants in the area. The O’Donnells were great hosts and quick to respond to any questions.

Excellent property

Wonderful home in a very nice area. Lots of room to gather with family and spread out. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened in patio overlooking the golf course. So relaxing to see the squirrels, bunnies, and even deer play on the green before the day got started. We highly recommend and will definitely book again if our travels take us back to the area.

Brian and Marilee are the best

It's a gorgeous home. Well appointed and personal without feeling like your surrounded by 'other people's' stuff. Brian and Marilee run it in a very relaxed way which was very appreciated as we were visiting a sick relative nearby. As I told them, I wished there was time and world enough to get a drink and get to know them better.

A pleasant stay in Lakewood Ranch

A large comfortable home located on the 9th fairway of River Club golf course. Quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets, great for taking long walks. Well located with LWR amenities easily accessed, many available golf courses, great shopping and restaurants with Main Street and the UTC mall a short drive. Being close to I75 makes trips up and down the coast easy. The beaches were a bit further away, but generally a reasonably quick drive. Brian and Marilee were great to work with and a wealth of information on what to do and where. We explored most of their recommendations and were not disappointed. We ran into a few issues during our stay but Brian and Marilee were aggressive in correcting any problems. They demonstrated a true caring for making our stay as comfortable as possible. We recommend others to stay here.

It was our absolute pleasure to have Bonnie and Bill stay in our home for three months. They were perfect guests and fully immersed themselves in the activities of the area. Golfing, swimming and working out at the gym ! They were the nicest people and boy, ... an appetite for life. Our home was left in immaculate order, above and beyond.
