Welcome to the crown jewel of Ocean Drive—a coastal traditional masterpiece blending timeless architectural charm with elevated, modern comfort. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted by bright, open spaces, rich textures, classic coastal details, and an effortless sense of grandeur. Step into an expansive living, dining, and kitchen area where neutral tones, elegant millwork, and warm coastal accents set the tone for relaxed yet refined gathering. The ocean fills the front windows with a sweeping, unobstructed view—a signature hallmark of this home’s design.



This estate takes entertaining seriously. The kitchen features two gas stoves, three ovens, a massive Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, and generous prep space ideal for chef services or large-group cooking, all wrapped in coastal traditional finishes that blend top-tier functionality with inviting charm. The main level offers multiple opportunities to relax or celebrate, including a spacious living room with 85-inch televisions and ocean views, cozy conversation nooks perfect for quiet chats or reading, and an open dining area designed for shared meals. Every corner reflects a warm, classic coastal aesthetic, and the layout ensures that even large groups can spread out comfortably while still feeling connected.



At the center of the home, a peaceful open-air courtyard provides a refreshing transition between the home’s vibrant gathering areas—ideal for morning coffee, evening wine, or simply enjoying the coastal breeze. With 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, the home provides incredible privacy and tranquility for groups of all sizes. The main house includes nine bedrooms, six of which are master suites with private bathrooms. Several bedrooms enjoy commanding Gulf views, and all are styled with soft hues, classic furnishings, and traditional coastal textures. Two separate staircases lead to the six upstairs bedrooms, and every bedroom includes its own television. The upper level also features both front and rear balconies—perfect for sunrise viewing, stargazing, or listening to the waves.



The detached Boathouse serves as the tenth bedroom and includes multiple beds, a private kitchenette, and a full bathroom, creating a seventh master-style suite for guests seeking extra privacy or flexible arrangements. Large groups will also appreciate the unmatched laundry capacity, with two washers and two dryers in the main laundry room and a third washer and dryer located in the garage, making extended stays and linen management effortless.



The property continues its coastal traditional charm outdoors, offering a beautiful private pool framed by classic lines and ample seating, wide balconies on both levels with ocean vistas, and a large driveway in both the front and rear of the property that can accommodate more than 15 vehicles and even full-scale buses. Designed with intention, scale, and unmistakable coastal character, this home is ideal for family reunions, multi-family vacations, graduation weekends, school or university gatherings, corporate retreats, wedding parties, or any large-format celebration requiring comfort, space, and sophistication. 1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.



2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.



3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.



4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.



5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.



6. POOL: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death.



Please note that all pools are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.



7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.



8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION

The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.



9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.



10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
