Family vacation

The house was beautiful and in a nice location. The host Manoj Kakar responded to all our requests and needs in a timely manner. His hospitality was very welcoming. We definitely would stay here again.

My experience at the villa kimon was nothing short of amazing! I thank Manoj Kakkar for his amazing help, he was an amazing host, from the moment we booked and arrived at the villa. Property was beautifully maintained, spacious. The villa truly made our trip unforgettable, and I can't recommend it enough. Thank You Manoj!

Family Christmas Vacation

Amazing view and plenty of room for 16 people. Walking distance to plenty of activities and beaches. Our host Manoj was very helpful leaving up to our vavation, and during. We will highly recommend this location to anyone thinking of vacationing on this island

Amazing house and great communication

As have been mentioned in other reviews, Manoj was 100% the best host we've had. He was very responsive and helpful throughout. The house is HUGE, with space for our large group. We loved that we could use the Divi resort beach, which was across the street.Also, as noted in other reviews, the street that you have to cross is quite busy, but we found people to be nice about stopping and letting you cross. Overall, really nice house on an amazing island with a great host.

Had 18 of us stay at the Villa and the house fit everyone perfectly. Manoj was always available and attentive before and during our stay. Next time coming to Sint Maarten will definitely will be with them again.

MOST EPIC BIRTHDAY EVER!!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! WITHOUT HESITATION, I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!! Our host Manoj was great from the beginning to the end to a party of 17, professional friendly, accommodated all our needs, assisted with all our reservations and help planned on the best birthdays ever.... the house and the scenery were AMAZING!! Beautiful Property, Excellent Experience

We recently stayed at Villa Kimon for a 40th birthday vacation with 6 families, including thirteen children 8 and under. The property was perfect for everyone to have their own space as well as lots of shared gathering space for dinners, movies, games etc. The outside balconies, pool, and ocean view were gorgeous and relaxing. Manoj, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and communicative - he connected me to local drivers, private catamaran tours, private chefs, fishing boats and more. He went above and beyond helping me plan and coordinate the trip for our group of 25 for literally months. While we were there he was always available to answer a question or help with anything needed. Highly recommend staying at this property and couldn't be happier with Manoj!

Missing Villa Kimon Already..wonderful stay

This property is beautiful. The pictures are on point but even better in person. We were a group of 9 staying at villa Kimon and we had plenty of room to spread out but also various areas to hang out and enjoy each other. We sat outside and enjoyed the amazing view daily. While the villa is great, its shining star is Manoj, the property manager. I travel a lot and he has been one of the best to ever work with in prepping for a trip. He is so kind, patient, and helpful. I was super excited to meet him in person. Manoj has top notch communication and was easy to reach throughout our stay. All activities he assisted with planning, the chef, the transportation.. just amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous experience

We were a group of 19 family members ranging from 10 - 68 and Villa Kimon was perfect for us. The view is absolutely spectacular and people could walk to the beach or Philipsburg whenever they wanted without needing a car. We rented all 3 levels which means there were several kitchens, very convenient! We love to cook and eat together and the kitchens are very well equipped and there was seating for everyone in the huge dining room. Drinks in the evening on the terrace, overlooking the lights of the port, created special moments we will never forget. The house was spotless and very well maintained. There was some road noise but it didn't bother us. A special shoutout to Manoj who was very helpful prior to our trip, many of us texted him with all sorts of questions ranging from catamaran tour of the island (highly recommended) to business hours during the holidays. During our stay he was respectful of our privacy while immediately addressing our questions or small issues related to house maintenance. Our group said it was the best property we've ever rented for a family gathering!

Mother/Daughter sweet 16 trip

This property was absolutely perfect for our group of 22. Every mother/daughter pair had their own space and bathroom. Manoj was the best host I have ever had. He was so helpful with the planning of the entire trip. He arranged cars, a chef, decorations, cake and had so many suggestions for activities to do around the island. He went above and beyond each day for us. Check in and out was super easy. He also helped us arrange groceries to be delivered twice. He really made this vacation so easy for me as the planner of the trip so that I could enjoy it as well. This location is a very short walk to the beach and easy car ride to anywhere else you want to go on the island. We took the girls to Toppers for a karaoke and dinner and they had the best time. We also went to Ocean Lounge for dinner which was right on the water and the food was great. The absolute best part of the house was the pool/patio area where we spent most of our time. The views are amazing and our group had more than enough room to spread out. I would definitely recommend this property and Manoj really is just the best.

Perfect for Friends and Family

The 12 members of our Framily included men, women, singles, & couples, from mid 50s to mid 80s. We LOVED every sq ft of Villa Kimon & steps. No elevator. Manoj & Mariana are great hosts. We were allowed to arrive early, so I can attest to the house being thoroughly cleaned between check-ins. We were even greeted by the owners. You will be happy with any configuration you rent. Air Conditioners, fans, washer and dryers, bars, all of the kitchens, the security gate at the top of the driveway, & the in-room safes help to make the stay even more enjoyable. The pool water is warm! Grab some coffee & pastries at the Divi resort. Get up & walk down to the boardwalk to the open gym on the beach!. You may want to save some planning until you arrive. You need a car! YOU NEED A CAR! Discount Car Rental (best option). Note, it is much better to have the host book many things so you can get the "local" price. Here are our recommendations: Take the Amigo Tour bus tour when you arrive. If you are lucky, Capt K will be your driver. Cynthia’s Roti stand has awesome Doubles, Bamboo House has great food & ambiance for all, take a 1 or 2 day trip to Anguilla to spend time on the beautiful beaches & visit Tasty’s restaurant. We toured with Vancoy's Car Service while there. The Sea Trek helmet walk with Whitney and crew is a thrilling treat. If you can breathe and walk, this is a must do. Orient Bay Beach - Beautiful! Grocery: CostULess, Carrefour, Fairway Mark It, & Lucky. Use Sunscreen

Million Dollar View and Service!!!

We stayed at Villa Kimon with our family of 18. We had an awesome time, many of the group saying our best place ever. The view is to die for, simply incredible. Manoj, the property manager, was as good as the view. He was a five-star host the whole week responding quickly anytime we had a question. The villa is spacious and even though we had 18 people, we never felt crowded. The walk to the beach is literally a 5-minute walk. You can rent chairs and umbrellas at the resort as well as jet skis. There are also several restaurants at the resort. I would give several cautions, none of which is a deal breaker. We would not hesitate to return to the villa. 1) Wifi can be spotty. If you have to have access 24/7 you need to know that may not always be possible. 2) Getting in and out of the villa with a vehicle can be challenging. Because of the setting of the villa on the hillside, pulling out into trafic is an adventure sometimes with visibility being limited. Our rental van also bottomed out a couple of times because of steepness. Be careful though and it should be fine. I will say it was easier with a smaller vehicle. 3) The wood doors to bedrooms are loud when you close them. If you are a light sleeper, it may wake you. All-in-all, it was one of the best family vacations we have had in 40 years of family vacations. Bewtween the incredible views and Manoj, we would not hesitate to return to Villa Kimon!
