ALOHA, and welcome to YOUR new favorite Vacation Condo at the "Kamaole Beach Royale" in Maui. It is perfectly located in South Kihei, and is RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE SOUTH END OF KAMAOLE BEACH PARK 1 (a.k.a. "Charlie Young" beach), regarded as one of the nicest golden sand beaches on all of Maui, and in fact voted its best beach for swimming. From the condo it is also a VERY SHORT WALK TO EVERYTHING else you could want or need while here on Maui --- multiple restaurants and food trucks, food stores, shops, and many activities (from snorkeling to surfing) and water sports rental options are all super close by. THIS LOCATION IN SOUTH KIHEI CAN'T BE BEAT --- YOU WOULD BE STAYING IN A FULLY LOADED MODERN UNIT IN A QUIET CONCRETE BUILDING, JUST STEPS FROM THE BEST BEACH IN THE AREA, AND CENTRAL TO EVERYTHING ELSE THAT MAUI HAS TO OFFER. You could easily park your rental car at our building and forget about it!

Our immaculate condo very comfortably SLEEPS 2 in the beautiful KING BEDROOM, and is likewise fully appointed with all that you need for an enjoyable stay while in Maui. There is a MAPLE KITCHEN with granite counters and STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES (including a "Keurig" coffee machine and blender), and a front loading WASHER AND DRYER in our unit as well. The bathroom has a custom built full size tiled walk in shower with seat and colored river stones on the floor to massage your feet as you shower. In the living room there is a SAMSUNG 55 inch TV hooked up to a YAMAHA SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM (powering 5 in-ceiling surround speakers), ALEXA/ECHO "smart" speakers for Amazon's "Music Unlimited" MUSIC STREAMING SERVICE (included), full HD Cable TV, and several extra FREE MOVIE STREAMING CHANNELS to enjoy ("Netflix" , "Amazon Prime Video" , "Disney+" and "Hulu" are all set up and included). There is also a 40" Samsung TV in the bedroom as well, with the same movie streaming Apps as in the main room. And of course we also have HIGH SPEED WI-FI internet access in our unit, and for when the natural breezes don't keep the condo cool enough---there is a brand new "Mini-Split" AIR CONDITIONING system in BOTH the main room AND bedroom to keep you cool. Most condos in the area only have a single "through the wall" unit in the main room, but our system ensures a cooler nights sleep. Or just embrace the warm weather while sipping on a cold drink on our "Lanai" (patio), on the 2 person high seat "Bistro" pub/dining table, and enjoy the weather and the view!

In short, OUR CONDO INCLUDES MOST EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED FOR YOUR MAUI "DREAM" VACATION, from a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, to fine linens and towels, to "Tommy Bahama" beach chairs and beach umbrella, "Boogie boards", snorkel gear, "floaties", and even portable coolers for your drinks and snacks on the beach! JUST BRING YOUR TOOTHBRUSH AND SWIMWEAR----WE'VE GOT EVERYTHING ELSE COVERED !

*P.S.*...... Did we mention that it is a 90 SECOND WALK FROM OUR CONDO TO THE BEACH, or that YOU CAN SEE THE OCEAN FROM OUR "LANAI" (patio)? We had a wonderful time staying at your lovely condo! Wonderful location- close to the beach, shopping and food. The condo had absolutely everything we needed for our stay even chairs, umbrellas, noodles, cooler, etc to use for our beach outings. Would stay here again for sure!

Perfect in every way

Love the location with the awesome beach right across the street and all of the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very nice (as pictured) and very will equipped with everything we needed for our Maui vacation. Communication with our host was delightful and check-in was a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Simply Fantastic

We returned from this wonderfully appointed, beyond well-cared for property just yesterday. The prior positive reviews were absolutely spot-on! From the ease of check-in / check-out to the immaculate cleanliness of the property, it just cannot be beaten. Honestly, we are simply unable to cite a single drawback to any aspect of the property. The location was great - close to everything in Kihei. Add to that the fact that the owners have spared no expense - literally, almost everything from all sorts of beach equipment, great linen and towel quality, lovely furniture and new kitchen appliances, to almost every kind of in-house electronic device is provided as advertised. Moreover, communicating with the owners was fast and effortless. We cannot wait to return (provided the property is not booked full for the next year which, honestly, it should be), We enjoyed our stay immensely and, if you book this property, you will too.

Wonderful location, great host and fully stocked

The condo is quiet, spacious, clean, great location and stocked better than any VRBO I’ve stayed in. The condo is close to everything, including the beach. The 7th floor BBQ area is gorgeous and great for catching the sunset. Would stay here over and over!

Absolutely the BEST home away from home.

We have visited the islands ten times over the years and this has been the best, well stocked and overall great condo we have stayed in. You are only a few steps away from a beautiful beach. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal. The beds are very comfortable. The complex and the pool are well maintained. The rooftop deck has very nice grills and beautiful views for sunset. The smart home features are great addition (we are going to miss Alexa). The owners are always available and extremely kind. We are already planning our return trip to this beautiful island, and condo.

Retirement Paradise

This trip was our retirement trip! I can't say enough good things about the condo! It was in a perfect location, across from a beautiful beach, close to many restaurants and shops that are within walking distance! The condo itself was perfect with a full kitchen stocked with anything you could possibly need, a pantry that you should check out before you head to the store, washer and dryer which was very convenient, a beautiful bedroom with a very comfy bed and a second tv, a nice living room/dining area, a nice bathroom and my favorite spot the lanai with a table and chairs! There are beach chairs and other beach supplies for you to use which is great since you don't have to buy those items! There was a small strip mall across the little side street and it had a great bakery, coffee shop etc. There is also a great rooftop area with alot of tables and chairs and grills if you want to cook and enjoy a meal! We saw many beautiful sunsets up there! It was a wonderful twelve night stay!! The hosts for the condo were awesome and checked on us more than once to make sure we had everything we needed! They really did make us feel like it was our home away from home!! When we come back to Maui someday this is where we will stay!

Amazing (& Rare) Renovated Condo on Maui

Most of the condos on Maui are somewhat dated being built in the 80's. Silvana's condo has been skillfully & beautifully renovated and is only a block off one of the best beaches in Kihei. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach, and the condo patio. Another night we spent an evening on the roof top deck enjoying a drink, sunset and conversation with fellow travellers. The condo had everything we needed, the king size bed was super comfortable & the large shower fantastic. This was our first time staying in Kihei and like the central location more than previous stays in Kaanapali & Lahaina. We'll be back!

Fabulous Find

The condo is in a perfect location with the beach directly across the street and many little shops and eateries easy to walk to. The condo is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Silvina, our host is so helpful and accommodating.. She offered us ideas of where to eat, what to see and answered every inquiry immediately. She has even provided delicious coffee pods! Do not hesitate to book this gem.

Winter vacay

We loved the location and being able to walk to so many amenities and the beach. The view is great but even better view of sunset on the roof top deck. Even saw a whale. Depending on the type of vacation you are looking for, one could really get away without a car rental if pool and beach time were the goal I loved how neat and organized and well stocked the condo was. We did t have to worry about a thing. Communication upon arrival and departure was perfect. We will definitely look you up if we’re back in Maui

Perfect in every way

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised and immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable that when we got back home we got rid of our lumpy mattress and bought one similar to the mattress at the condo (Simmons Beautyrest). The kitchen had everything we needed, and we put the Keurig coffeemaker to good use. And we loved having a dishwasher. There is a nice beach just across the street that we enjoyed. With all the sun, lotion and sand, it was absolutely essential to have the washer and dryer, which we used daily. We also appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. There are also snorkeling gear and boogie boards provided. Parking was never an issue, plus there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Communication with Silvana was excellent, and she checked on us a few times via messaging to make sure our visit was going well and that we had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful and we would happily stay here again!

Great Condo in Amazing Location

We loved this property! It’s set up perfectly in a great area of Kihei close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The condo itself is well updated and has every amenity you will need including WiFi, AC, sound system for theater entertainment, balcony, washer/dryer and of course the basics like cookware and dishes. We very much enjoyed this as a base and took day trips to Haleakala, Road to Hana and just relaxed here at the beach. We’ll definitely come back again. Silvana and Sasha were great hosts and always available with quick responses.

Wonderful Condo

We had a wonderful relaxing stay in Silvana’s condominium. The condo is very well equipped with lots of beach items and a fully equipped kitchen. We also really enjoyed going up to the 7th floor patio each night to watch the sunset and the whales. Thanks Silvana for being such a great host.

We loved our stay!

Thank you Silvana We had a wonderful stay with snorkeling right across the street, food options close by and peace and quite inside the building. Your condo is so well equipped and comfortable and even has Alexa which was so much like home. We will be back for a longer stay next time.

A wonderful place in the perfect location

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Silvana and this condo. She was very attentive and accommodating through the entirety of my trip. The condo is in the perfect location, across the street from a beautiful beach with restaurants, ABC store and a grocery store all within walking distance. The place was spacious and very clean, and all the beach supplies she provides come in very handy! Truly a 10 out of 10 experience. I'll definitely stay here again!

Great location in Kihei!

Wonderful and quiet condo across the road from Kamaole Beach 1: door to sand in 5 minutes. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cookwear, glasses, and utensils. All the beach equipment you'll need. 1 block from ABC Convenience store, natural food stores, restaurants and shops. 20 minute walk to Foodland and additional shops and restaurants. Perfect place to stay if you want to be car-free and carefree.

Comfortable bed, well-eqipped kitchen and all the goodies you need to enjoy the beach, just across the street. Updated space with all you need, walkable to local shops and restaurants and quiet. The Percect Kihei Condo

I absolutely loved my stay here, this was my 5th trip to Maui and it was my first time staying in Kihei and it was great. The condo is conveniently located to many places to eat within walking distance and same for the beach. There’s also an ABC store within walking distance incase you need any ice, snacks or any souvenirs to take home. The condo has many essential items you may need and a huge plus the condo has chairs, coolers, an umbrella, etc. which was awesome, we ended up using them daily the week we were there and didn’t have to worry about renting any of those items. The AC in the condo works great, the bed was comfy, very nice shower, parking on site was easy and the host was very hospitable. Silvana was easy to contact and made sure our stay went great. I highly recommend staying here!

We are a family of 4 with 2 growing boys who love to travel, and have chosen Maui as our "home away from home". We fell in love with it the first time we vacationed there in 2011, and when we returned in 2012 we decided to purchase our own "little piece of paradise". We did just that in 2013, and still visit often (at least twice a year), and use these opportunities to keep our place in tip-top shape, and replace and refresh whatever is needed , so our condo continues to feel brand new for our guests. We are proud to share our unit with the new friends we meet through renting it out, and hope that our pride of ownership is evident to our guests when they visit.
We invite you to also make our condo YOUR "home away from home" when in Maui.

Location! Our family had been to Maui several times before we decided on where we wanted to buy our vacation home. While there are many beautiful spots on the island, we still had several criteria in regards to where we wanted to be in the long term. Firstly, to be as close to a nice beach as we could (and could afford to be!)---to be able to dip our toes in the sand and water only minutes walking from the condo. Secondly, to be able to get to everything that we needed while on vacation, without needing a car to do it---about a 5 minute walk at the most was what we had in mind, as to not make it feel like a chore if you had to do it several times a day. And third, to be in a building that while being centrally located, was also quiet enough to kick back and relax in when we just wanted to stay at the condo. We were fortunate to find EXACTLY what we were looking for when we found our condo at the Kamaole Beach Royale. It was located right across the street from the park area of the best rated and nicest beach in the area, Kamaole 1 (Charlie Young)---only 90 seconds from our door---closer than we could have ever hoped for! We also found that our complex was ideally situated in South Kihei, in more practical terms as well, for being both quiet (our building sits about 50 yards back from the road), but within EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING that we could want or need while on holiday. Many restaurants, food trucks and food stores, shopping, and multiple activity options (everything from snorkeling to surfing) are no more than a couple of minutes away on foot! Exactly what we wanted in a vacation home, in an ideal location on Maui.

There are several unique benefits with staying in our unit.

The first is LOCATION. We are a 90 second stroll to a beautiful golden sand beach and park area, with many fine restaurants, shops and services also close by and convenient to our building.

The second is that our building has a wonderful 7th floor ROOFTOP BBQ and dining/view deck, where our guests can BBQ their meals, take in the breathtaking ocean views, watch the sunset, and dine under the stars at one of the several provided dining tables. Simply wonderful, and a sure "memory maker".

And finally the third main benefit of staying in our unit is THE UNIT ITSELF. We try to keep it in brand new condition by regularly refreshing everything from the towels and sheets, to the pots and pans, to the paint on the walls. We have also equipped it with everything that you could need for your holiday, from a full kitchen and laundry, to all your beach supplies and beach "toys", to a fully featured and modern TV and Music entertainment system. To put it simply---just bring your toothbrush and swimwear---we've got everything else covered!
