Beautiful Kihei Condo on the Water with best prices

Unit B105 in sunny Kihei, is a ground floor walk in condo with a large lanai. Located at the ocean end of building B, in The Waiohuli Beach Hale property. WBH is a small two level peaceful uncrowded complex with lush tropical landscaped gardens, waterfalls, and a 60' x 24' solar heated pool. All this on a great long sandy beach steps from the condo.
Guests from around the world mix at the pool and mingle at the BBQ while cooking, sometimes sharing recipes and food. Highlights of the evenings are the glorious Hawaiian sunset, right at the beach. Everyone is welcome to bring their beverage and enjoy conch shell blowers signaling when the Hawaiian sun sets into the Pacific.
Windsurfers, stand up paddle boarders and kiters can launch at the ocean out front. World class snorkeling, and diving is a few minutes away.
Our non-smoking paradise beach condo has been restored from the ground up, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, tile floors, walk in glass shower, California King size bed, 62" Flat screen TV with DVR in the main room, 32" Flat screen TV and AC in the bedroom.
The Waiohuli Beach Hale has a shared Wi-Fi service and password. However, we provide a free private password protected WiFi connection for better security and availability for guests.
Our condo is the Oceanside end unit, with windows on three sides, along with ceiling fans in each room, providing nice Hawaiian breezes. The location makes for the convenience of not running up and down stairs, helpful when going to the beach, pool or BBQ.
Everything is supplied from beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and boogie board.
The kitchen is fully equipped form Keurig to corkscrew, with most everything in between.

Great location on beach

Apartment is very well stocked, even spices, some condiments, paper products, beach chairs, towels etc. (no floatation). TV with more than 500 but nothing worth watching. Brings books, although there were several to choose from. Great beach, with turtles. Snorkeling - so so. Could use upgrading on upholstery and bedding but otherwise clean and comfortable, both in and out.Good location with lots of windows for breeze in units. No need to use AC, which is too loud for nighttime use. (Even neighbours AC is fairly loud).Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely book this again. Owner is pleasant and easy to deal with.

Breathtaking sunsets in peaceful paradise

Perfectly situated ground level corner unit with a well appointed kitchen including an array of spices, generous portions of dishwasher pucks, paper towel, aluminum foil etc. Some places clean out the “left behinds” and it was a treat this lovely unit did not. Bed was comfortable as was the patio furniture and cushions. BBQ and laundry areas were clean and accessible. Pool was heated to a perfect warmth and crystal clear. The beach was just over the grassy berm and we enjoyed many walks and breathtaking sunsets. Very easy walking distance to nearby grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Kihei beachfront condo

Overall, this condo is a very good choice. The location in N Kihei is great - on the beach and an easy walk to a full service grocery and several restaurants and coffee shops. There were a few homeless people around but we had no issues. The beach was great for relaxing, walking and even turtle viewing. It was also ideally located for travel around Maui. The unit is very well stocked from the kitchen to the beach chairs and towels. However, note that despite a reference in the property description, there is no Keurig coffee maker. Overall a very good property.

Kihie Beach Paradise

We had a great time at this Kihei condo. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool is awesome, and access to the beach is great. The location is central to whereever you want to go.

Fantastic Condo

This condo has everything you would need for a trip to Kihei. The unit is very clean and has everything you would need while staying there. They have beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and everything for enjoying the wonderful beach that is a very short walk from the condo. The heated pool is a few steps away from the unit. The lanai area has a nice lounger and table and chairs to enjoy those beautiful mornings. Our favorite place to start our day. Excellent communication and recommendations from the hosts Lyn and Norris from the day we booked until we checked out. We are already planning our next trip to this wonderful condo!

It's lovely!

We loved our stay in D105. The condo was well-stocked with all the things we needed to feel right at home. The knives were even sharp! The king-sized bed was comfortable and the linen closet was well-organized and neat. The owners have lovely artwork on the walls and lots of personal touches that made it feel extra beautiful. We'll stay in this condo that Norris and Lyn own again.

Quiet Location Central to Most of Maui

A good stay with great communications. Space was generous with a good bathroom. The swimming pool was great for swimming laps. Laundry room was OK and uses an app so no need to bring quarters. Parking was plentiful. Walking distance to good restaurants especially Miso Phat sushi. Easy drive to most of the island. Furnishing are a little dated but clean and bed was comfortable.

Very nice week in Kihei

Lyn was a wonderful host, always responsive and enthusiastic in our conversations before the trip. Her condo is lovely - walk-out lanai, just steps from the pool and just a few more steps to the beach. Perfect for an adult couple. Laundry is located outside of the condo but not too far away within the complex. We had a great week.

Stay here you won’t be sorry

Awesome property has absolutely everything you would need right down to a blow dryer and a curling iron in the bathroom has beach towels, beach, chairs, beach umbrella, coolers everything a kitchen would need to make your perfect margaritas and everything else. We definitely will be staying here again thanks so much for a wonderful vacation.

Maui vacation

This property had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation in Maui. This property was unique from others in the complex because of the key locked slider in the back with the direct access to the pool and beach. It was also a corner space, and had an extra window in the kitchen with a view of the ocean and palm trees which allowed for an extra cross breeze in the condo. We loved our stay here!

Beautiful condo unit, lovely personable owner

This was our 10th trip to Maui, staying at WBH. This was one of the nicest condo units in the WBH complex. Spacious, immaculate and updated with nice kitchen layout. Very close to grocery store. Power washing and painting of the building exterior was unexpectedly taking place during our stay, requiring us to bring the lanai furniture inside. The property manager’s communication about this was not great. However the condo owner, who is warm, friendly, and witty made a point of calling and emailing. Highly recommend this condo unit and owner.

Wonderful Condo

Condo has everything you will need! Beach chairs to well stocked kitchen. Owner has thought of it all. Terrific swimming pool, great temperature and perfect for lap swimming.

Beautiful stay

Great condo. Central location for errands and food. Beach front across the lawn. Grounds well maintained, pool very clean. This condo has a great sense of community. Many travelers here come for months at a time and return to their units year after year. It was so fun to see them all interacting and remembering familiar memories. Very quiet. Laid back environment. The host was prompt with communication and even allowed late checkout when flight was delayed 13 hours. Great place to stay.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

Beautiful well kept main level Kihei condo on the sandy beach, safe area, very close to shops and food. We had an amazing time here. We love Maui! We'll be back to stay here. This couple that rents this property are very nice and keep in touch to see if you need anything.

Lovely stay

Second time staying at this complex and first at this unit! Hosts were great at communicating and ensured we had everything for our stay. Loved being on the ground floor for easy access to pool, beach for sunsets, BBQ. This unit gets lots of sun on the patio. It was very clean, however, it is a bit dated. Lots of great restaurants/grocery stores close by. Would recommend staying here!

#105 @ Waiohuli Beach Hale Condos

We had a positive experience, however it would have been nice to had AC in living room & bathroom too. Nice having a king size bed, and furnishings were great too. Kitchen was very well equipped, as well as living room & patio. Loved having extra towels and beach chairs too! We didn't interact with the manager at all, we did mention 1 day how murky the pool was definitely needed cleaning we believe we spoke to yard caretaker for that concern. He did do something that afternoon to help make better. We had a question for the owner they were very prompt in getting back to us! We loved being close to beach too! Very well kept Condo! 🌴😊🌺

Condo 105 is completely remodelled on the ground floor, with the
waterfall garden in front of the the private lanai. The free parking is a few steps from the door, making easy access. The pool, ocean and BBQ are a short stroll to each. Mornings are made for taking your cup of local coffee out to the lanai to watch the fishing, snorkel or whale watching boats starting their days.
