This property is located in Scottsdale, in Pinnacle Canyons, a luxury gated community right next to the four seasons resort, pinnacle peak and 1 block from the Troon North golf course. The home is beautiful and private – no buildings behind to obstruct the desert views. We named it the desert retreat because it has been a beautiful place for our family to relax. The home is a 3,233 sq. Ft. Home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It has been completely renovated; with new carpet, paint, leather couches, high-end luxury furniture, and exquisite décor.

There are 2 separate air conditioning units, upstairs and downstairs, to ensure perfect temperature control, as well as ceiling fans throughout. The family room has a large high definition flat screen tv with DVD player unit. All beds are new and incredibly comfortable with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king-size bed in the guest room and bunk beds for 4 in the additional upstairs bedroom. The fourth bedroom is currently formatted as a study but can be converted into a bedroom. The master and guest suite each have high-definition flat screen tvs and ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a massive bath suite, with jetted tub, a large shower area, and an enormous walk-in closet. Bedrooms boast large closets and soft linens. The kitchen, complete with an island, is fully stocked with necessary appliances, utensils, pots and pans, plates, etc. All the comforts of home are here for your enjoyment!

The backyard features an incredible pool and outdoor living area. The pool features a gas pool heater to ensure a good time, regardless of the temperature. A built-in bbq completes the outdoor living. No back neighbors allows for great, unobstructed views to open desert space and mountains in the distance.
