Perched on the second level just steps from the coastline, this San Clemente hideaway puts you at the edge of the California shore - close enough to feel the ocean air without ever fighting for a parking spot. Mornings here begin with soft light filtering through the windows, and evenings settle into the easy rhythm of a beach town winding down.

Living space
The living room is designed for relaxed evenings in, with comfortable seating, a full futon sofa that doubles as sleeping space, and a 65` Samsung TV loaded with streaming services and cable. A dedicated workspace, Ethernet connection, and Wifi keep you connected whenever you need to be - and easy to disconnect when you don`t.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 4 guests across two sleeping areas. The primary bedroom features a king bed, dresser storage, and its own 50` TV. The futon sofa in the living room converts to a full bed, offering a comfortable option for additional guests within the shared space.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, and a drip coffee maker to kick off your mornings right. Pots, pans, dishes, and wine glasses are all on hand. Pull up a chair at the dining table for anything from a quick breakfast to a proper dinner in.

Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - everything you need to rinse off after a day at the beach. A bathtub is available for a longer soak. Towels and bed linens are provided, and a washer and dryer in the building handle anything else. An iron, hangers, and clothing storage including a closet and dresser round out the everyday essentials.

Comfort & climate
Central air conditioning and central heating keep the space comfortable year-round. A ceiling fan and a gas indoor fireplace give you extra flexibility to set the right atmosphere for the evening.

Outdoor & shared spaces
Shared beach access is just moments from the front door. A shared patio or balcony and a shared backyard offer additional space to unwind outside, with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ grill ready for use. Beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are available as part of the beach essentials on hand.

Parking & access
One-car garage parking is included - the space measures 9 ft wide by 20 ft long, suitable for compact and midsize vehicles. Free driveway and street parking are also available. Keyless entry provides a smooth, key-free arrival with a unique code issued before check-in.

Location
Set in San Clemente, the property sits less than 300 feet from Casa Romantica Cultural Center & Gardens, with restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques within approximately half a mile. The beach is an easy walk in either direction.
