Property was perfect for our family of 12 including 2 children. Everything we needed was right there in the home and it’s very close to beach access. We had an excellent time. Beds comfortable, enough bathrooms for each couple to have their own, absolutely no complaints from us. We loved it!!

The house was beautiful and the pictures did not do it justice. The few issues we had were quickly resolved…….fastest response time we’ve ever had.Ashley, our host, was wonderful to work with. This was our favorite house we’ve stayed in and we’ve been coming to this area for 10 years. Our large family of 15 hope to return in the future.

Easy booking process, Home was very clean and fully equipped. Very spacious for our family of nine. Kitchen was fabulous, outdoor bbq, patio area was great.The bikes and golf cart were a must and the location was so convenient to go any direction.Only unfortunate experience was that the heater for the spa and the pool broke on Tuesday, notified them same day and was not repaired prior to our departure on Saturday.

However, I want to sincerely apologize again for the frustration regarding the pool and spa heater. We know how much of a 'must' that is for a great vacation. Please know that after you notified us on Tuesday, we contacted several suppliers immediately to source the necessary parts; unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we simply couldn't get them delivered and installed before your departure on Saturday. As a small boutique firm run by four families, we take these issues to heart and hate that we couldn't resolve this in time for you. We would love the chance to make it up to you on a future visit—please remember that all returning guests receive a rebooking discount. Thank you for your patience and for being such great guests.

Excellent family vacation at this dream vacation rental. The house was beautiful, clean and very spacious for our large family. The kitchen was well equip with everything you need! Each bedroom with its own bathroom is perfect for large parties. And the pool/hot tub were amazing! Pool with heater is a must as the water was so warm and the hot tub got hot which we loved! Great communication with the property manager. Golf cart, bikes and beach supplies were an added bonus! Close to beach - can walk or drive golf cart. This home is truly a gem! Would stay here over and over again.

Even though the bonfire had to be canceled due to the weather, we still enjoyed some incredible beach days between the rain showers.The home was absolutely spotless, just as it has been every time we've stayed here, and it was fully stocked with plenty of towels for everyone in our group. From booking to departure, the communication was exceptional—friendly, proactive, and always there when we needed them.We travel all over the world, and I can honestly say this company is the best of the best. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality are unmatched. We've already booked our stay for July 2027, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you, ladies, for another truly unforgettable vacation. As always, it was an absolute dream stay!

We have rented from this group for years because of service and quality of homes. our normal was booked so they recommended this one, now we have two favorites! When I tell you this is a dream kitchen it's so incredible. the chef they hired for us said he loves when he gets hired for this kitchen. The bedrooms, large, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Then the pool, aka home case for everyone. We had the hibachi chef cook us dinner pool side. INCREDIBLE! Bonfire evening, boat day, golf cart, mid week cleaning, groceries put away, birthday cake delivered. Everything you want with no stress. See you win. 2027!

The property was great! Santa Rosa Beach area offered all that is needed for a great vacation: beach, food, and shopping. The beach was in walking distance but with the 6 passenger cart provided made it even easier. The house was well maintained and offered all as advertised and then some. The kitchen was well equipped and organized with all items needed. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Bicycles were a nice touch also. Highly recommend the property!
