Located directly on Florida's soft white sands of Fort Myers Beach, this one - bedroom beachfront condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and upscale comfort. Enjoy stunning sunsets, sand dollars and pristine shells, and daily sightings of dolphins and eagles fishing with their young. Inside you'll find an adjustable king-size bed, walk in tile shower, pull out couch, and a fully equipped kitchen and large island. Two Tv's and fast Wi-Fi keep you connected, while 4 beach chairs, towels and pool noodles are ready for days at the beautiful beach side pool.

For your convenience there is ample parking, building elevators, and on-site laundry facilities. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
