I have stayed in several condos on this property and the best offer besides the reasonable price is the location. The property is across the street from the beach and so is the gate access. The condo was clean and spacious and near the pool if that’s your vibe. I also love the activity fun pass great for golfers.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here! It was a short walking distance to the beach and a couple restaurants. It was just a friend and I and we had plenty of room!

Perfect Getaway

Spring Break Girls trip was amazing - Beach is 3-4 minutes walking distance - I have stayed at several condos at the Chateau Le Mer and never been disappointed- the condo was perfect size for me and my girls - definitely will be visiting again

Great and quick beach access

Property was as described. 8 people slept comfortably. Quiet place with nice pool. Kitchen could use some items and the bedroom with 2 beds needs curtains.

Great Condo

Property is just as it looks on line. Very clean. The only thing I might want is a washer and dryer. Very pleased with the Condo!

Spacious and nice! Floors were very dirty upon arrival we had to sweep and mop but otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Labor Day vacay

Renting was easy.communication with renter was good and quick. The condo is dated needs some upgrades the furniture on balcony definitely needs replacing the floor was not clean at all the vents for the air filter had not been cleaned in a year it appeared ..water stands in the tub when you are showering in master bath

Great, quiet place near the beach!

Pros: The condo was everything we needed for our girls' trip! The neighborhood was quiet. It is walking distance to a private beach entrance. The pool was steps from the room. Check in and checkout was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again! Cons: Seemed like we couldn't get the floors clean. We had to wear socks or shoes while walking around the condo. Also, the cookware needs to be updated.

Great Option for Families

We had a great time in Destin. The house and rooms were very spacious. The property was close to the beach, with private beach access, and all of the shops and food nearby. Rooms had clean sheets on arrival, with LOTS of towels available. I would suggest anyone bring house slippers or flip flops, as the floors are a bit dusty. I’m not saying it wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, just that all the sand somehow gets dragged in each time. We heard from others the same thing, so do yourself a favour and bring slippers! Thank you for hosting our family!

Overall good

Couch had a disgusting amount of sand sitting on top of the cushions and underneath cushions when we first got there, and the carpet on the balcony hasn’t been swept in ages... other than that, the room was well kept and appeared clean. Had a nice stay for the week and there were no problems, except when we left the dishwasher leaked a little soap, but was an easy clean up.
