Amazing vacation

We had an amazing time here! Very clean and spacious. Everything we needed was at the house and it was very convenient working the pool and hot tub from my phone. We will definitely stay here in the future!

LOVE THIS HOUSE!!!

This house was a great family vacation house!!! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! We were very surprised with the variety of kitchen tools & appliances it had. This house also has great indoor and outdoor fun options for kids! I absolutely love loved that two of the rooms had queen sized bunk beds which is a big plus!!! I would definitely stay here again!!! Highly recommend it!

Perfect weekend

We stayed here for the long weekend and it was perfect! The home had plenty to do for the kids and the private pool and hot tub was amazing. Both adults and kids spent hours in the pool each day. The home was clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend this home and will be be staying here again!

Loved the private pool!

There is plenty to do in the house. Our favorite is the pool in the backyard with a large attached hot tub for relaxing. It's very nice to sit in the pool or hot tub and also be able to watch the outdoor TV. We didn't use the outdoor fire pit but the sectional was nice to relax on while watching the kids swim and there were plenty of lounge chairs to layout. Each room in the house has a dedicated bathroom as well and the beds are very comfortable. Our kids loved the big bunk room to be able to sleep with all of the other kids. It's also nice having two family rooms so the kids had a place to play upstairs with the Nintendo Wii and arcade games and the adults could play games downstairs. We thought the neighborhood was great with a community pool with a lazy river and water slide and having multiple golf courses and restaurants nearby was a plus. Our favorite was Rigattis pizza.

Memorial Day Weekend

My family had the best time this weekend. The private pool with hot tub and lights was one of the best private pools we have ever had and the community pool with a lazy river and water slide were a lot of fun. My kids were in the pool just about every minute of the day. We enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor TV and outdoor couch and fire pit. There was a lot of privacy with the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of room to park with the large four car garage and driveway. We were close enough to restaurants (Riggattis pizza is our favorite in Washington) and a Maverick gas station was nearby as well. The kitchen and living room were spacious and the upstairs living area for the kids to play video games and hang out was nice to have available. The Red Sands booking and supporting staff were very helpful and timely with their help. We had a great experience this weekend and would love to come back for future vacations.

I’ve thought a lot about how to review this. I want to be fair. I also want the listing to be changed or the problem corrected. I settled on 4 stars, but considered giving 3. In every respect except one, it was near perfection. But the area in which it fell short was huge and greatly impacted our stay. The listing says it has air conditioning. It does NOT say that the AC is restricted to 72 degrees or the unit will freeze up. This is unacceptable for a property of this caliber and price, in my experience and opinion. This restriction made the house borderline uncomfortable during the day, and very uncomfortable for sleeping. I had family members have to find other lodging to sleep because it was too hot. The rest of us struggled through, but our vacation was negatively impacted by being tired and hot. I reached out to management about it and they were very sympathetic, and brought more fans, but that didn’t help cool it down. It was really so disappointing because otherwise, the house and pool were fantastic. It was beautiful, clean, and we loved having a pool on site. Maybe other renters would not be bothered by these temps, but I think such a restriction should be in the listing so people know what to expect.
