With secure bike and gear storage, plus shared rooftop views, it’s an easy and comfortable home base for experiencing everything Moab has to offer.

Everything was perfect! Very clean, good layout, great location to walk to town, kitchen stocked what you need. And just very modern and cute. I’d stay here again.

Fantastic and Easy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was perfect when we arrived. Location was well within walking distance of most of downtown and an easy drive to all the nearby parks. We routinely used all the little informational pamphlets and guides left by the owners. The flat was very clean with wonderful touches like fresh Moab coffee and grinder, fully stocked kitchen where we made most of our meals, excellent laundry facilities, very comfortable bed, private patio and an outside seating area. The seating in the flat was extremely comfortable and the flat was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Moab yet on a quiet side street.

Loved the Westside Flats. The room was spotless and very roomy. The hosts were very friendly and helpful providing locations of very cool petroglyphs. The house is very close to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Great place to stay.

Great Place in Moab

We stayed here for six nights and the place was perfect for us. The place is very nice - clean, comfortable, well stocked, and an easy walk to downtown (less than 1/2 mile). The hosts were great to communicate with and they made sure all of our needs were met - even making multiple recommendations that turned out to be some of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again on a trip to Moab.

We believe this is one of the top rentals ever! The space is well-designed and laid out, furnished with care and attention to detail. We could live there, not because it’s so large or deluxe, but because it just works and is so comfortable! Ellyn is a great host who is obviously committed to making guests happy. She was quite helpful. The unit is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. We have nothing negative to say and recommend it highly.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Moab

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights when we were visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The unit is clean and spacious. Owners live on site and are very friendly and accommodating. If we are ever back in the area, this property is at the top of our list to rent again.

The perfect getaway house

The property was exactly as advertised. It was perfect! All of the details were thought out. The bench inside the front door for removing hiking boots was a nice touch. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower. It was wonderful after a hot day of hiking in the parks.The back patio was a great place to have tea in the morning.It is close enough to town that you can walk to a number of restaurants. The hosts were very friendly!!
