The Royal Palms Estate is perfect for multi-generational families, friends, and groups of fewer than 12 people. Unfortunately, we can not have large weddings or parties.

The Royal Palms has 13 Acres Of Exotic Fruit Trees, Tropical Foliage, And Palms. There is 9500 square feet of living space indoors and outside lanais. There are three buildings of the house including bedrooms suites, entertainment complex, and pool house. The bedroom wing has four self-contained luxurious bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a laundry room, and garage. The entertainment wing has a sprawling kitchen, dining/living family great room, pool table, theatre, and bathroom. The pool, jacuzzi, swim-up bar, sunning deck, covered lanai, pool bathroom, and spare bedroom are in the third wing. There are views of the ocean from every room of the house (bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, pool table room), as well as the pool, jacuzzi and lanai. There is a 1000 square foot covered lanai next to the entertainment wing of the house overlooking the ocean, perfect for dining and whale watching. There is another covered lanai with large screen TV and lounging couches next to the pool, along with a spacious pool deck for sun tanning.
