\ nEnjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the salt lagoon and watch the hustle and bustle on the lagoon. All this is possible from the living room and the balcony in front of this wonderful apartment. Spread over two levels, the accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and runs over two levels (no elevator). The car can be parked in the underground garage. A second parking space can even be offered for this holiday apartment.
The wellness area in the complex makes this holiday home particularly attractive. An indoor pool, a sauna (both free of charge) and a solarium (for a fee) can be used here. Please note the restricted opening times for the sauna!

\ nLiving and cooking
\ nThe lower area of the apartment contains the spacious living area with sitting and dining area as well as the integrated kitchen. There are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase leads from the hallway to the upper living area. This is practically your own small apartment with living room / bedroom and your own shower room. There are also two TV sets in the apartment. Different programs can also be viewed in this way. The holiday complex Residenz am Kurhaus is located in a unique location between Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea. The paths to the beach, restaurants and cafes are short. There is even a bakery with breakfast on the premises. The center is also just a few minutes' walk away.

\ nThe swimming pool is open daily from 8 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.
\ nThe sauna can be used on Tuesdays (4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. women only, 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.), Fridays (4:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) and Saturdays (4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. 00:00 mixed).

\ nThe two bedrooms on the lower living level have a double bed and the second one has a bunk bed. In the upper living area there are two single beds and an additional double sofa bed.
