POOL

Palm Springs is all about sunshine and fresh air. This is the perfect home for those who want privacy in a resort-like setting. Swim in the sparkling swimming pool and relax in the soaking tub - both with mountain views. There are plenty of lounge chairs and sitting areas for those who just want to soak up the California sunshine.



The pool area also features a huge outdoor kitchen/BBQ Grill station with double side burner. This area also has an outdoor bar that is built-in and overlooking the pool area - the perfect place for afternoon cocktails. Also overlooking the stunning pool and the mountain views is an elegant outdoor dining table (with umbrella) that seats eight persons- ideal for outdoor dining under the sun or stars.



TENNIS COURT

One of the many outstanding features of this Palm Springs estate is the spectacular regulation-sized tennis court with an adjacent entertaining area and covered outdoor bar. This is one of the best tennis courts in all of Palm Springs - with stunning views of the mountains. Moreover, the tennis court was designed so that the sun passes directly overhead and not in the line of sight of any of the players. Its a truly spectacular location for enjoying a game of tennis. And of course, don't forget refreshments afterwards at the adjacent outdoor bar!

For convenience, the tennis court also has its own nearby bathroom with shower. Thus, you can rinse off after the game without having to enter any guests private bathroom.



A TOUR OF THE MAIN HOUSE - GROUND FLOOR

The main house features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. You will enter from the street through a beautiful Spanish-style iron gate and into a charming tiled courtyard with carved Spanish fountain. The main entrance to the house has large wood Spanish-style doors that lead into the foyer and the bright and airy formal living room with a high cathedral-style wood beamed ceiling. The living room includes a comfortable sitting area with a beautiful gas fireplace and a baby grand piano. Large windows provide plenty of sunlight and large glass doors lead to the gorgeous outdoor pool area. A beautiful built-in bar is located in the living room - which makes this room perfect for festive social gatherings.



The ground floor of the main house has an open floor plan that includes vistas of the various rooms. Just off the living room is a large family room (located on the other side of the foyer). This room is perfect for watching television on the large flat screen TV. The family room also has a beautiful gas fireplace.

One of the gems of the main house is the spacious chef's kitchen. This kitchen is fully equipped with high end Thermador stainless steel appliances and a wide variety of dishes, pots, pans and every implement you need to make a gourmet meal. It offers a huge chef's island, two sinks, two dishwashers and plenty of counter space. An elegant formal dining room adjoins the kitchen. The dining table can easily accommodate fourteen people for holiday gatherings!



Also on the ground floor of the main house is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a powder room near the family room. Plus there is a laundry room adjacent to the three car garage.



A TOUR OF THE MAIN HOUSE - SECOND FLOOR

On the second floor of the main house, there is an elegant and very private primary suite that will definitely make you feel like a celebrity. The primary suite features beautiful high wood cathedral ceilings for a feeling of spaciousness. It also has a large private balcony with views of the mountains. This suite also includes a spectacular sitting area that has an incredible view of the property, the tennis court, and the mountains beyond. The sitting area features a daybed and large windows so that you can enjoy the amazing view in total privacy. The sitting area is perfect for reading a book, meditating, or simply enjoying a spectacular sunrise over the mountains (yes, it was designed to take in the full beauty of the incredible desert sunrises.) The primary suite also includes a huge walk-in closet that will truly make you feel like a movie star. There's plenty of room for all of your clothing items (and then some.)



Near the closet, this suite also includes a built-in cosmetics table with a large triple mirror‚ the perfect place to finish your look before a big night out. The primary bathroom has a large window looking out at a view of the mountains. This bathroom features double sinks, a large soaking tub with spa jets (that also offers a great mountain view), and a Spanish-style tile shower.



There are 3 additional private guest rooms on the second floor of the main house. All of them enjoy mountain views. Two of the guest rooms share a full bathroom with double sinks (this is the only shared bathroom on the entire property), while the other second floor bedroom has its own bathroom en suite (like all other bedrooms on the property.) All upstairs bedrooms are generously sized and have comfortable king-sized beds.



THE GARDENS



For security and privacy, this estate is totally surrounded by white stucco walls. Most of the walls have hedges next to them - again for privacy and security. There are three beautiful Spanish-style gates. The compound features beautiful, lush gardens, a small green lawn, and resort-style outdoor landscape lighting. The gardens highlight a citrus grove with orange trees, grapefruit trees, lemons, and limes - help yourself while they are in season. The garden was designed to provide year-round flowers and includes many plants that have a dazzling scent. Depending upon the time of year, you will catch wafts of citrus, jasmine, rose, and other wonderful fragrances.



Casa Grande is perfect for celebrities who seek total privacy for executive retreats and for gatherings of family and friends. You'll have an experience you'll never forget!





No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am.





Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit

For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $2,000 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.



Must be 25 years or older to rent.



Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
