The home features generous indoor and outdoor living and dining areas designed for comfort and seamless environmental connection especially emphasized with a custom stone deck and jacuzzi with an ocean view. A fully equipped kitchen supports extended stays, while natural light and surrounding views create a calm, restorative environment throughout the house. All within arms reach of Calamigos Ranch, all Malibu Vineyards, and the well known `Old Place` restaurant.

The home is tucked away in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains, less than 10 minutes from the coast and Westlake Village respectively. Right down the coast is the Trancas Marketplace, featuring plenty of restaurants and shops, as well as a grocery store with beach access right across the street. There are are also many options to sit and eat, enjoy a nice coffee, or even enjoy the Westlake lake less than 10 minutes down the mountain as well. Catalina Island, the gorgeous Malibu sunset, and the vast Santa Monica mountain range can all be seen from a bird`s-eye view.
Guests have access to the entire home, garage, lower half acre lot for additional parking/event space, back lot for even more parking, and the entirety of the 4.5 acre estate for enjoyment.

We would really appreciate all guests to follow the following rules;
1) Any sort of party, extra visitors, or extra guests, must be mentioned to us and approved ahead of time.
2) Pets allowed for added cleaning fee
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar indoors. Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify us immediately - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations.
4) Quiet hours: None! Have fun.
5) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 3:00pm to 3 am. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by us.
Check Out: 10:30am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our unapproved late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:30am. Additionally, if you check-out after 12:30 pm without approval, then you will need to pay a fee equal to half a full day.
6) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. We will try our best to collect and recover them for you if you notify us. We are not responsible for any sort of shipping cost in order to retrieve said items.
7) Hot Tub: Never leave children unsupervised; No broken glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found in Hot Tub.
8) Parking: After you enter the gate, there will be a long driveway large enough to accommodate about 6-7 vehicles. Additionally, there is a garage port that can accommodate 2 more vehicles, with a lower lot that can comfortably hold ~20 cars without a parking attendant. Extra parking in back lot as well. So, the property can hold around ~30 vehicles.
This property contains an exterior camera at the top lot, and an exterior camera in the lower lot, which is periodically monitored if we have suspicion of an unauthorized event.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The host is attentive and easy to communicate with, and everything was smooth and easy from booking to checkout. The house was absolutely stunning and provided everything we were looking for. Only wish we had stayed longer.
