**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities. A Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.**

Spacious, yet cozy home has been newly renovated adding a second floor, new kitchen, furniture & fixtures. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a private community pool & tree house playground. The home is minutes from a boardwalk, bike path & neighborhood crabbing dock. This home has features that make it great for a multi-family rental, including five bedrooms & three full baths. In addition, there is a screened porch & deck.

The main level offers the kitchen & dining area, living area, three bedrooms, two full baths, screened porch & deck. The Master Bedroom 1 offers a King bed an attached a full bath & TV. French doors lead from the bedroom to the front deck. Bedroom 2 has a King bed with French doors leading out to the front deck. Bedroom 3 offers two twin beds & bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances & an open floor plan with dining area. Off the kitchen is a screened porch with comfortable outdoor furniture, ceiling fans & dining area. There is an additional open deck area off the screened porch with a gas grill.

Upstairs offers the fourth bedroom and fifth bedroom with a full bath. Bedroom 4 offers a queen bed. Bedroom 5 offers a queen bed.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.

Great family vacation

We spent a fabulous week at Fripp with the whole family! The house was the perfect fit. This is the second time we stayed at this location and everyone agrees that we will be back here next year! The house fits us perfectly!

We visit Fripp Island every summer and this was our favorite house by far. Great location, plenty of room, and everything was up to date and in working order. communication with the owner was easy and they were very responsive. We'll definitely stay here again

Needed maintenance and a floor to ceiling cleaning.

This property was a good size for ten people. Unfortunately we were called one hour prior to check in that we would have to wait an additional hour since the previous renters had left late. Since we had prepurchased all our food for the week we had refrigerated and frozen food thawing. Upon check in the property was not clean. The ceiling fans had a half inch of dust on them. The intake vent was covered in dust. There were ants on the countertop and roaches in the bathroom. Upon request the fans and vent were dusted. A new ceiling fan was installed on the back patio. A screen was repaired. Upon opening the trash can outside a raccoon flew out.

Overall Good

The house was very spacious. It needed to be cleaned when we got there but the property manager was good about it. Nice place but needs updates.

Lots of steps

There are a lot of steps in this house. The living room is sunken so that makes it hard for our older family to get around easily. If that was listed, I missed it. The location was private and in a good spot. Love that there is a pool for just our area. Needs a few updates and more pots and pans. Otherwise, great stay at one of our favorite places!

Relaxing Vacation

We had a great time sitting out in the porch eating and hanging out. There were 9 of us and this home provided us with plenty of space for everyone. We had a great trip and would come again. The property manager is very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly.

Property needs some some work on the outside. Very dirty and trash around, back porch has some broken screens. Inside was pretty clean but could use some more cookware in the kitchen. Overall was ok. Loved seeing all the deer around the house.

Another great vacay at Fripp!

We really enjoyed staying in this house! As other reviewers have posted, the pictures don't do its size justice. The manager was great to work with, he was always prompt in answering back and taking care of any need we had. It was very convenient renting golf carts through the rental, instead of another company. The only things missing from the kitchen were a can opener and a functioning pizza cutter. Baby gates are provided at the top and bottom of the stairs, which was GREAT, with our little ones! The upstairs bedroom and den/sofa bedroom are separated by a hallway, the bathroom is in the hallway. (Posting this bc we wondered about it before we arrived, hopefully it helps someone) Our favorite room was the screened back porch, we ate almost every meal outside. We stayed for 10 days late May, no problems with bugs at all. We can't wait to be back again! We love Fripp!

Great Property!!

We have spent this last week at this home!! It was great and the manager of the property was wonderful!! The house is way bigger than the pictures make it appear!! It had everything we needed and more and we felt right home! There are Mosquitos and other bugs outside as another poster mentioned, but that is to be expected!! Consider the surrounding!! This house more than met our expectations!! This was our first trip to the island and we loved it! We will definitley be back!!

Close to perfect rental house

First I must commend the house care taker, who the rental goes through, and his excellent customer service before and especially during our rental. His immediate response to all my questions beforehand and responding to all problems after our arrival and during our stay were exceptional. The house is beautiful and has everything 2 families could need during a weeks vacation. It is much bigger than the pictures do justice and the layout of the house is nice. The winding stairs to the second level give it character. The bedding layout was not completely convenient for our 2 families but we made it work with how much the house had to offer. We did love the screened in porch but unfortunately it seems during the summer, the gypsy worms and mosquitoes are able to find their way in making it uncomfortable to relax there. Overall this is a very nice house to stay in and though we probably will not rent this house itself again only because the family wants to be closer to the water, I plan to find something under the same renter's care.

Great place to stay!!

We stayed in this house during New Years and loved it! The house is much roomier than it seems in pictures. The location is great. The kitchen has everything you need! The screened porch was a favorite spot! One of my favorite vacation spots (and I am quite picky)!
