Your future vacation home is very close to the center, yet the house is located in a quiet residential area.
The detached one-story building is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
There are two living rooms
three bedrooms and two large bathrooms.
A brand new pool was build last year and is now ready for you.
32 square meters for you alone.


The living room:

The house was completely renovated a year ago and completely refurbished.
The beds and cupboards were made to measure by a carpenter and the furniture has been carefully selected.
Since you don't want to wait forever after a long day on the beach, there is a shower in each of the two bathrooms.
If you do not want to eat outside every day, there is the possibility to conjure something up on the table in the large and very functional kitchen.


The posterity:

Despite the central location, the street is not very busy and is rather inhabited by locals.
So nothing should stand in the way of your relaxation.
A small supermarket is a stone's throw away and a BIM (Turkish discounter) is about 300 meters away.
