Our south-facing, first floor corner unit is filled with natural sunlight and features a 2-bedroom, 1-bath open layout.

Our condo is just two blocks (0.2 miles) from the Snowflake Chair Lift—a hidden gem without a day-use parking lot, giving it a neighborly, low-crowd vibe while still keeping you connected to the entire resort. Right next to the lift is Charter Sports, where you can rent gear and store it for free overnight. Even grab lift tickets at the Blue Sky ticket office if you didn’t get them in advance.

Ski down the Four O’Clock run and walk across the street back to the condo. For even more slopes, hop on the Free Ride bus to reach lifts or the gondola for Peak areas 7, 8, 9—no car needed! The bus stops are located outside our condo building.

When you’re ready to swap ski boots for street shoes, Main Street is just a couple of blocks away, packed with great eats, cafés, bars, ski gear and boutique shops.

Families with kids will love having Mountain Top Explorium, a hands-on play museum, within walking distance, plus a great sledding hill at Carter Park just a short drive away. When the weather’s warm and dry, several nearby playgrounds—some just a quick walk from the condo—make it easy to get outside and play.

>Bedrooms
The primary bedroom has a king bed, Roku TV, and a dedicated workspace (desk + chair). The second bedroom features a double bed. Both rooms have individually-controlled heat, ample closet space, and white noise machines for a restful night.

>Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and essentials including towels, wash cloths, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and paper products to get you started.

>Kitchen
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals at home including a wide selection of cooking spices, oils, and other essentials.

>Living room
You’ll find a 55” smart TV with cable (via Xfinity Stream), Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video, a queen-sized pull-out couch, and a Bose SoundLink Home bluetooth speaker for your favorite tunes.

>For the little ones
We’ve got your tiny travelers covered with a Graco Pack ’n Play (please bring your own crib sheets), high chair, stool for reaching the bathroom sink, and some toys and books for infants and toddlers. The kitchen is stocked with kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils, and there are plug covers, table corner covers, and optional cabinet locks (not permanently installed) available for extra peace of mind.

>Remote workspace
The master bedroom has a desk, chair, and fast 500+ Mbps Wi-Fi.

>Other amenities
Settle in with a variety of games to choose from, relax on your private patio, and take advantage of the private laundry washer and dryer in our condo— detergent included.

THE RESORT

>Hot tub & pool
Relax in the hot tub that's just a few steps away in the common area courtyard. For more water fun, the Upper Village Pool complex has a heated indoor/outdoor pool, three hot tubs, and full changing rooms with showers and restrooms. We provide hot tub towels.

CLOSURE NOTE: The Upper Village Pool and Hot Tub is typically closed during shoulder seasons. (Usually this is from mid-April to Memorial Day, and again between Labor Day and the opening of the ski resort, often mid-November.)

>Parking
One parking spot is available in the underground garage or directly outside the condo. The garage has a 6' 8" height limit. There’s an elevator and stair access and a shared bell cart for bringing up luggage. There are paid offsite parking options for additional cars.

GUEST ACCESS

You'll have the entire condo to yourself. We provide simple, contactless entry—no need to stop at an office to gather keys.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

We want every guest to have a seamless, 5-star stay, so please review the details below before booking.

>Check-in/check-out:
Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. We are often unable to accommodate different times, especially during our busy seasons. We also are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

>A/C:
We don’t have air conditioning, but most mountain properties up here don’t have it due to the alpine climate and mild summers. We also provide box fans for your comfort.

>Lift and ski run status:
Terrain and lift openings depend on mountain conditions. The Snowflake Lift typically opens in November but please check trail and lift status on the My Epic app or Breckenridge {dot} com to confirm before your stay. If Snowflake Lift is not open, you can take the Breck Free Ride bus to the gondola or Peak 9 base area. The Free Ride stops are right outside our condo complex.

The lower 4 O'Clock ski run that allows for ski-in access may not open at the same time as Snowflake Lift. If it's not open during your stay, you can ski down to other base areas and take the Breck Free Ride bus to the ‘Sundowner’ stop, which is directly in front of our condo.

>Weather
We are unable to issue refunds after the cancellation policy window has passed so you might want to consider travel insurance in case you’re unable to reach the condo due to unforeseen or inclement weather.

>Age
Guests must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent.

>HOA rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. No parties or events. Town of Breckenridge quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.
