-The small cottage is near the road, and while this road is not often used at night it is possible to hear passing vehicles and may be difficult for someone who is a very light sleeper.

-To get to this property guests MUST walk down steps that have no railing on the sides to reach the unit. The steps do have lights and are lit up. Photos of the steps are in the photos under `Front Yard`

-Parking Available for 1 Vehicle only

-The boat docked at the property would only ever be used if a Kayak out on Long Pond is in Danger and needs assistance quickly. Its very rare to be needed, but is docked there as a safety measure

-Boat Dock fits a 25` Boat, please reach out if you plan to dock a boat

-Firewood is not provided but as you drive around you will see many of our neighbors selling bundles for $4-$8 at the end of their driveways

-The Pet Fee covers 2 Pets, if you plan on bringing more than 2 Pets please send us a message

-Cats are NOT allowed in the Unit
