Second and third bedrooms have Queen beds. Second master has king bed additional bedroom has two twin beds. Each with its own baths. Wi Fi high speed internet. Ceiling fans throughout. Our beautiful white sand beach is a short walk across the street. This home is conveniently located on the North end of the Island with restaurants, shopping and the popular Times Square area within walking distance. Explore the back bays of Estero Island via a kayak rental or rent a bike and just, ride the 7 miles of our beautiful beach.
Then, as your day comes to a close, head to the beach to watch the setting sun over Sanibel Island. After that, fire up the gas grill, kick back, enjoy our beautiful weather, watch your favorite game or simply relax in comfort under the Tiki hut and enjoy the island lifestyle in this wonderful home where all the comforts of home await you.
Your private oasis is complete with the pool, hot/cold outdoor shower. Enjoy all the guilty pleasures of a vacation on the beach in your own paradise hide-away! Also, for those Who do not want to miss the big game there is a 65-inch flatscreen TV outside.

This house was perfect for our large family! The second living area downstairs was perfect for our daughter and son-in-law and our three grandkids while the upstairs house was spacious enough for the rest of our group. Loved that all the upstairs bedrooms came with their own bathrooms! The house was clean and came with plenty of supplies already there for us. Our favorite spot was the pool area. We used it every day! Guys loved watching football from the pool and we even enjoyed the brand new grill. We loved the short walk to the beach and all the chairs that were provided. Frank was easily accessible and I would most definitely stay here again!

Sisters in law getaway

I typically stay on the beach, but this house was just as good. Location is perfect, its close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect family rental for two families!

We had two families stay at the property was perfect for us! Property was perfect with an upstairs and downstairs unit, large back area around the pool and only a quick walk to the beach. Thank you!

Great Stay

Paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and Tiki Bar in the backyard was heavenly. The location of the home is a perfect short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores, but separated enough for the privacy and quiet we were hoping for. Frank was excellent to work with - we hope to return to this house again!

Piece of paradise

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable beds that we have ever slept on. High end appliances made it extra special. The pool area was amazing and this is where we spent most of our time. Times Square was in walking distance as well as the beach. Frank was a wonderful host and responded immediately to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing house.

The house was amazing. Spent my 70th birthday there with my family and had the best time ever. I would go back every year. The owner was so nice and made everything very easy. Steps from the beach pool was amazing. Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing vacation ever five stars. Isn’t even enough I would rate it. 10 stars.

Amazing Beach House Spot

We had an amazing week at this house!! It comes with everything - fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs + toys+ wagon, lovely outdoor living, and refreshing large sliding glass doors to the porch (which we had open a lot)!!!!! Our kids loved the short walk to the beach and the on private pool! We will be back!!! Plus Frank was very responsive and accommodating. Helped us make sure we had everything we needed to pack for a great stay!!

Exceeded all expectations!

Our family of five Loved the home! We have three children (22 yr old college student, 17yr old and a 13 yr old). We had plenty of room. The house is equipped with everything you need for the beach, kitchen etc. We are planning on renting again next year!

Great pool and tiki bar

We loved the pool, tiki bar and surround sound outback and they supplied us with a lot of beach and pool items which was nice! Also it’s located close to the beach and restaurants. However, the sofa was stained and uncomfortable and the master bed was very squeaky. I would recommend replacing both. Thanks

Amazing!

This home is everything you need for a beach vacation! We travel to the area 1-2 times a year and have stayed at many different places. This is by far, our favorite! A block from the beach, an amazing pool, and walking distance to time square. Frank is also amazing to work with. We were flying in right after Milton hit and the communication was fantastic. He worked hard to have the house ready for us and it was absolutely beautiful. This will be the place we stay every time we visit Ft Myers from now on. Thank you for everything Frank!

First timers to Ft. Myers

This home is spectacular and really close to the beach! There is anything and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds are dressed nicely with cozy linens and pillows. And mattresses are comfortable The screened porch is where we really enjoyed our morning coffee and our meals. We loved it so much we decided to screen ours at home😊The pool area was really nice too. We absolutely loved everything about this home!!!! We WILL be back! Thank you Frank for everything Sheri and family from KY

Amazing stay 😍

This beautiful home is located at the perfect location. Good walking distance to the beach and shops. We absolutely loved the pool and spent most of our time there! The shallow end was perfect for our 2 year old little girl. The house was fully stocked...we have used vrbo a few times to rent but nothing was stocked like this! The bad thing the mosquitoes absolutely loved us. That was the only negative. The outdoor pool area is amazing we loved every minute! Thank you so very much for letting us stay 😍 we hope to come back! Hope you liked our small gift lol

Lovely get away

The property was beautiful with very comfortable beds and family room furniture and super close to the gorgeous and not-over-crowded white sand beach. It was also a short walk to the "downtown" area. While the island is still rebuilding, we actually LOVED the casual beach vibe that the many food trucks and stands provided. There was plenty of delicious food and fun activity to keep us very happy and entertained. It was also only an easy 8 minute drive to Walmart (off the island) for any staples that we found we needed during the trip. While I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach, my husband and teenage kids loved heading back to the house for time in the pool in the afternoon and I loved being able to hide in the shade under the tiki-pavilion with a good book. It was truly a lovely week for our family.

This home is outstanding. The pictures included with the listing gave us a good idea how nice it is but we were still blown away when we got there. It is spacious and beautiful. The backyard, pool and tiki bar is an oasis where you can truly unwind. The amenities are too numerous to list but you should know that the kitchen is superbly outfitted; you'll want for nothing. The beach is less than five minute walk and downtown with its numerous restaurants is just a short walk away. Don't be put off by stories about devastation, Ft. Myers Beach is busy rebuilding. Many places are reopening and the food trucks are a great source for a fun meal. The people are working so hard to rebuild, it made us glad to be there to help out.

Great house for annual Thanksgiving vacation!

This house was awesome for our annual family vacation! We had 10 people ages 1-82. Perfect layout for us. Plenty of toys for the pool and beach (which is an easy walk down the street). Everything we needed for preparing Thanksgiving dinner as well as all our other meals (and storing leftovers). Tons of fridge space for food and beverages and every gadget you can think of in the kitchen. The house is located close lots of options for eating out, shopping or grabbing a cocktail. The free tram stop is nearby as well if you don’t feel like walking. The island is still in recovery mode from Ian and subsequent hurricanes but we didn’t feel we were missing out on anything. Frank was so easy to work with and super helpful! This house is a great option for staying on FMB with a large group.

Florida getaway!

Our family loved this property for a week long getaway to Florida. Location was in a quiet, safe, and private neighborhood. House was clean and had everything we needed. Best part was the pool by far. It had a great shallow landing pad for our toddler to play in. Direct sun in the backyard only from noon to 2pm, otherwise lots of shade. Our only complaint was that the king bed was old, saggy, and very uncomfortable to sleep in. We had to sleep on the couch a couple nights unfortunately. I would suggest that owner get the replaced ASAP.

Family and Friends winter break & Birthday

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. We were there to celebrate my 70th bday with our kids, grandkids (16 & 14) and a couple of friends. I didn’t realize it when I booked but the house is two units. Upstairs is a big, open common area and full kitchen w/3 BRs and 3 baths. The lower unit is a common area (not a full kitchen but small refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee) with 2 BRs and 1 bath. It was perfect for our group.The host was very helpful and accommodating. The house was in great condition with a beautiful pool, large, screened porch where all of us could dine together.Fort Myers is still recovering from hurricanes, so there is a lot of construction and traffic can be hectic; but it's a two-minute walk to a fabulous, powder-like sandy beach with a couple of beach bars. Restaurants, shopping and activities are nearby. Great, relaxing vacation. Would definitely recommend.

FMB, Family, and a Fantastic Stay!

We love the layout and amenities of this rental. This 3 BR/3 Bath was perfect for our adult family of 4. The kitchen was well supplied with dinner ware and cookware. The washer and dryer is off the garage and was so convenient. Just a short walk to beach access, beach bars, Mom’s Breakfast truck, small convenient shop, PLUS a quick walk to the San Carlos Village. Although beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were provided, we rented those items just across the street. Did I mention the pool!! Perfect for an evening swim and just hanging out. And the grill worked great! I think we used everything on the property. Just wonderful….I WANT THAT FLOOR PLAN!! Btw: FMB is coming back. We were impressed with how, while recovering, there were several places with entertainment. Some places are 100% up and running while others fit the beach vibe and ambiance of FMB. Our last visit was a few weeks prior to IAN. This beach is on the mend and worth the visit!!
