Enchanting and fully renovated town house in walking distance of the Porto Colom port. Villa Barco is a modern holiday home with several terraces and a roof top terrace with summer kitchen. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and about 50 m from the port.

Townhouse Barco is located at only about 80 metres from the port and less than 100 metres from restaurants and shopping facilities in a small side street. Porto Colom is famous for the picturesque port, the small fishermen's houses and the nice seaside promenade wit fine dining restaurants and bistros. The Cala Marçal beach is only about 2,6 kilometres away. The bay offers a sandy beach with crystal clear waters and good infrastructure with sun bed hire, cafés and restaurants. Further beaches are within close reach by car. The popular Vall d'Or golf course is about 5 kilometres away.

Villa Barco is a modern holiday home with 3 terraces and trendy interiors. On the ground floor there is the living area with kitchenette, dining table, sofa and a porch with skylight, washing machine and a large fridge. The first bathroom with shower is also on the ground floor. Up the stairs there is a door to the breakfast terrace. Next to it is one bedroom with a double bed and doors to the same terrace. The second bedroom and the second bathroom area also on this floor. (The beds have a size of 150 x 190 cm). On the second floor there is a sunny room with a worktop and sink and sliding doors towards the terrace. A flight of stairs is leading up from this terrace to the roof top terrace with a bit of a sea view towards the port.
