Finca Obac in Puerto Pollensa

Simple and comfortable holiday home on the borders of Puerto Pollensa. Finca Obac is a small holiday home close to the beach with a modern kitchen, cosy living room and a nice BBQ shed with summer kitchen at the pool.

Finca Obac is located on the borders of Puerto Pollensa about 2,7 kilometres from the beach, the long sea side promenade and the port.

The vivid port of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 4,5 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Obac is a simple and comfortable holiday home ideal for a family holiday. All rooms are on one floor. The finca offers a cosy living dining area with open fireplace, satellite television and comfortable chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and new. There are two bedrooms sharing one full and modern bathroom and another bathroom with shower outside. All bedrooms and the living room are fitted with air-conditioning.

Finca Obac offers a 8 x 4 metre pool, a nice outdoor kitchen with brick-built BBQ, work top and a sink. In addition there is a bathroom with shower. There are two covered terraces with tables and chairs and a sun terrace at the poolside with comfortable loungers.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.
No pets please.

Minimum stay is one week, during high season arrival and departure only on Saturdays. During low season individual days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
