The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, blending style with functionality. Step out onto the private balcony to relax and take in side views of the beach and the Gulf, adding the perfect outdoor extension to the living space. The layout includes two full bathrooms and tasteful décor throughout, with quality finishes that enhance the overall comfort of the condo.

Relax and unwind with access to four on-site pools, including one heated during the winter months. A seasonal snack bar, The Sugar Shack, is open during the summer, and BBQ grills with picnic tables are available for outdoor meals. Guests can also enjoy tennis and shuffleboard courts for added recreation.

Sugar Beach Unit 313 is conveniently located just steps from the soft white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf, with private beach access for easy shoreline enjoyment. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping, Gulf State Park, and local attractions, this beachfront retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.

Parking
• Parking pass is $35 per car+ taxes, limit 2, to be purchased onsite. Only one pass permitted during holidays.
Things to know
• A car is recommended.
• Beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent on the beach during summer season.
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
