The house is provided immaculately clean by trained staff. Luxury quality furnishing. Resort towels and robes. This is the perfect place to retreat.

Four bedrooms and 4 ½ modern remodeled baths, as well as a separate outdoor heated shower. Well-appointed chef’s kitchen is center stage downstairs with a large dining room table that comfortably seats 10. Indoor, outdoor living at its finest.

The property has enjoyed international publicity, including CNN's "One Square Meter" - "Sipping in Sonoma", French TV's Échappées belles (San Francisco et la Californie), Total Bellas (Season 2, Episode 5) and Netflix's Chef's Table (Dominique Crenn). The home has the quality of the finest of resorts.

We are a licensed winery - Coplan Vineyards, and our award winning artisan crafted estate grown Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon/ red blend and Pinot Noir wines are produced right down the road. Numerous other notable wineries are less than 2 miles away. Guests also appreciate the proximity to Napa.

There are two separate living rooms, including a media room with a large flat screen smart TV.

The home is more than 3400+ feet on two levels and feels like a larger space because of its vaulted ceilings and expansive views. There is an upstairs and downstairs master bedroom, both of which have en suite bathrooms. There are two additional bedrooms (one with queen bed and the other with two twin beds that can be made into a king bed, if prearranged) and two separate full bathrooms.

There are a number of interesting design features, including wood floors made from reclaimed Eucalyptus trees from the Presidio in San Francisco and dining room tables made from 1920s reclaimed cedar from the Cal Berkeley stadium. We have the first permitted whole house gray water irrigation system in Sonoma Valley and replanted additional Cabernet Sauvignon vines, as well as a new Chardonnay vineyard, in 2019. We provide ecologically friendly soap, shampoo and conditioners in the bathrooms, as well as hair dryers. You'll find spices in the kitchen, as well as other basic necessities you may want from a high end property ready to go for your family or friend retreat.

The farmhouse is available for small groups of up to 8 people who wish to enjoy wine country in a more intimate setting than high-end luxury resorts. Sorry, we can not permit weddings, parties or other types of events at the home.

This is an exclusive vineyard experience provided to our wine club members. If you are not already a wine club member, at your option you can obtain a case of our estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon red wine blend, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vintages. We have a property concierge service through our property manager who can arrange options during your trip.

Like many vineyards, the property is graced by a barn cat. Ours was named Orangey by a guest because of his orange tabby color and the name fits perfectly. Orangey has become the property ambassador who you will see relaxing in the gardens and by the pool. When the vineyard staff are not around, we ask guests to put out food for him (provided by us). Orangey has become a popular feature at the property and is also featured on our "Welcome to Coplandia" mural at the Bocce Ball court.

You will have a concierge point of contact by text who can assist with any questions. We provide a house manual on the use of its amenities, as well as recommendations on local activities. We hope you enjoy your exclusive visit to Sonoma wine country!
