We rented this home to celebrate my 48th birthday with family, friends and our fur babies. We paid a lot for this home, so we had a certain expectation before we arrived. Check in was easy and the home was clean upon arrival, until we started looking around. The outdoor kitchen showed its age. The sink and the grill was rusted over and there was trash and flies in the trash bin. In the home, there was boys underwear in one of the drawers and, the ice machine didnt work and the freezer was frozen so it was difficult to open. Thankfully we brought coolers and ice. Also, a big lifesaver was the wine fridge. We put all our water and drinks in it and it cooled fairly quickly. The living room, kitchen, and dining area was open to the wall of windows with the beach as the backdrop. Gorgeous! The downstairs bedroom is great for those who finds it difficult to climb a flight of stairs. Our first night was a bit difficult but the management company was on it. The fire alarms were chirping and wouldnt stop and all the electrical wasnt working in the master bedroom and the room across from it. Big pluses include the proximity to the grocery store, your own private walkover to the beach, ability to sleep up to 16, and the hot tub. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
