What an incredible view from the wrap-around balcony at Indies 410! And, yes, we do recommend buying supplies before you get down here, not just because of the distance, but once you arrive and take in the beauty of this area, you won't want to waste time going back into town for groceries! Let us get Indies 410 booked for your next trip!

Hi William, we were not made aware of any problems with the unit or it's cleanliness. All we were informed of were the towels which we replaced for you. This housekeeper is responsible for the entire building and this is our first complaint of a smoke smell on towels. We will notify the owner of any suggestions you've made regarding the furniture as this is our first notification of any comfort issues. This condo has just changed associations. The old homeowner association company had not allowed golf carts for many years. This new homeowner association had not informed us of a change in those rules. Most people purchase their second parking pass on site and not through us. Like I said there was a recent change in associations so it seems they have just changed the charge for parking passes. I do not see any communication where you were given the wrong codes, I see where the correct codes were sent and nothing showing you weren't able to get in. We do not enter units without guest knowledge. We do not manage every condo in the building so I do not know which vacation rental company your sister and brother-in-law stayed with. I'm glad you enjoyed these beautiful sunsets and the seclusion of this condo.
