A quiet secluded beach paradise! Relax and let warm ocean breezes surround you in our beautiful three bedroom three bath condo with a wrap around balcony to take in the views! We have a heated pool and it's only a short walk to the beach. You will be amazed by the beautiful sunsets and ocean views from the glass wall in the living room or while relaxing on your balcony! The peaceful memory that will stay with you forever will be the long walks on sugar sandy beaches. No crowds, just privacy and family fun.

Come swim in the pool or the Gulf of Mexico and come back from your vacation rejuvenated. This great Condo has wireless internet access and unlimited long distance too! At the marina across the street you will be able to book a charter boat for the fishing trip of a lifetime or just to buy bait to fish off the piers. You can have your fresh catch grilled or fried at the Tacky Jacks restaurant located at the marina. There is also a convenience store for your convenience.
Don't forget to tour the historic Fort Morgan just a mile down the road. Tacky Jacks is just across the road for fresh seafood. Book a fishing charter or a sightseeing tour at the marina beside Tacky Jacks. Sassy Bass is just about five miles down the road. For the golf enthusiast, Kiva Dunes is a short drive away.
$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!
One GRC (Guest Registration Certificate) is included in the price quote. If you need a second one you can purchase it from the guard.
3/18 Mediacom is having software issues with the cable box. If you get error (V404 Can't Stream Show) unplug the cable box for about a minute then plug back in. Hopefully they will have it fixed before your arrival.

We had such an amazing time! We enjoyed the beach and pool! The views were amazing! We also enjoyed the local activities near by! So much to do and explore! Our favorite was tacky jacks! They had the best drinks & food! The kids loved the ice cream shop at the marina & watching all the boats come in! We will be back! :)

We choose this location because it's not crowded, a short walk to the beach, and has a pool. The kitchen is stocked with every dish, utensils and pans that you may need. We will be back again!

Pretty Disappointing; Will Not Rent Again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a double-whammy of a down at the heels property and poor property management.As for the unit itself, the decor is dated & the furniture is in especially bad shape. The couch has seen better days, the chaise is stained & dirty & there's not a comfortable chair in the place. We used the desk chair bc it was the most comfortable chair. The bed in the primary bedroom is rock hard...we joked that we were actually sleeping on the box springs & not a mattress. FYI, the primary bedroom faces the Dunes & the lights from that building light up the bedroom pretty bright at night. Also dated: the shower in the primary bath. It's a tiny stall shower. Positives about the unit: it's on the end so you don't have the noise of people walking by. Also, since it faces west, you have nice sunsets. As for the property management company, they don't do the experience any favors. The unit was not well-cleaned prior to our arrival. There was pink slime in the freezer, hair in the shower, someone else's trash still in the can, layers of dust on the vents & the bath mat, which should have been washed, was disgusting. Dark stains everywhere. If I could upload pictures I would. The towels provided by the PM reeked of smoke & were cheap and thin. We asked for replacement towels which were VERY nice, new & plush, but still smelled of smoke. Who you talk to at the PM will govern your experience. We called about a parking pass for our golf cart; the first person said carts weren't allowed. We called back bc we knew otherwise & someone else said they were fine. They sold us a parking pass for $45, but the signs in the building say they're $35. Now they're giving us a hard time about refunding the difference. We were also given all the wrong codes by someone on the phone and couldn't get in. So frustrating. FYI, they will enter your unit without your knowledge to "fix" something. My sister/BIL were down the hall and it happened to th

Fall break

This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores, so we didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised! The property was nice but the unit we stayed in needed minor maintenance and updated bedding and appliances. The view was beautiful and the short walk to the beach wasn't awful. The beach was really nice and the property was pretty quiet. Overall we would recommend this for a family vacation!

Went above and beyond

We booked this property for 2 nights in anticipation of hurricane ida hitting our area (New Orleans). When we arrived the property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to accommodate a family of 7. When did not expect the hurricane to impact our area the way it did and we had to end up extending our stay several times. The property management team was awesome with communicating with us quickly and helping us out in every way they could. We truly look forward to returning for our next family vacation under better circumstances. Thank you all so much.

Happy to see the flooring upgrades in the bedrooms and technology upgrades. Would love to see some furniture updates as the couch and settee are showing their age. For a condo that sleeps 8 it is difficult to comfortably seat that many people in the living room without using the dining room table. We already booked our trip for next year.

Awesome Condo

The condo was as pictured. Up to date amenities. Very clean and beautiful. The property is walking distance from the beach. It's about 30 minutes away from the gas station and convenience store so make sure you have what you need. It is also about 40 minutes away from the main beach in Gulf Shores. Overall the stay was awsome.

horrible experience. condo was dirty, pool was closed multiple times, no privacy, construction work

property was nasty. construction workers started at 7 am every morning. no privacy workers were looking through bedroom windows, workers on our deck, overall a terrible experience.
