Located just minutes from East Port Marina, the property is ideal for fishing trips, boating, or a quiet lake getaway. The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire cabin during their stay, including all indoor living spaces and the surrounding outdoor areas. Please note there is a detached garage on the property that is not accessible to guests, as it contains personal belongings. Parking is available on-site with easy access for vehicles and boats. The property is located in an open setting, offering plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors and sunset views. There are no shared spaces, and the cabin is entirely yours to enjoy.

East Port Marina operates seasonally, and availability of marina services may vary depending on the time of year. The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests.

As with most rural properties, occasional wildlife and insects may be present.

For guest safety and property security, there are four exterior security cameras located on the property. Two on the front porch and two on the back porch. They monitor exterior entry points and the driveway only. There are no cameras inside the cabin.
Please treat the cabin with the same care and respect you would your own home.

Only guests listed on the original reservation are permitted on the property and to stay overnight.

Fires are allowed only in the designated fire pit and wood-burning fireplace.

Septic system: Toilet paper is the only flushable item. There is no garbage disposal. Please place all food waste in trash bags, not down the sink.

This is a non-smoking cabin. If you smoke, please do so outside, away from the cabin, and properly dispose of cigarette butts.

Accidents happen! If anything is broken or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.
