This home is located just a short distance from the beach, offering easy access to the coast without being directly on the shoreline. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxed, making it a great place to slow down and enjoy the natural surroundings. Guests can take nearby walks, explore local coastal spots, or drive a short distance to shops, restaurants, and nearby towns. The location is well suited for a peaceful stay with the ocean close by.
No Pets
Pets of any kind are not allowed on the property. Evidence of pets will result in additional charges after checkout.

No Smoking
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in or around the home, including cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, or similar products. Violations will result in an automatic charge.

Quiet Hours & No Parties
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM daily. Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Occupancy limits for guests and vehicles are strictly enforced. Evidence of a party will result in a $750 fine, plus additional charges for damages or extra cleaning, and may result in eviction without refund.

Garbage & Recycling
All trash must be placed in covered garbage bins. Recycling must be placed in the appropriate containers.

Age Requirement
The primary registered guest must be at least 25 years old. Children must be supervised at all times.

Occupancy & Vehicles
Do not exceed the maximum number of guests or vehicles listed in the reservation. Non-standard vehicles such as RVs, trailers, or boats must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests or vehicles may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation without refund.

Restricted Areas
Areas marked as owner or private are not accessible to guests. Please respect all locked cabinets and closets.

BBQ Grill
Gas grills are provided with at least half a tank of propane. Grills must be cleaned after use. A cleaning fee will be charged if left dirty. Do not move or use the grill inside the home or garage.

Electronics & Wi-Fi
Do not change settings, unplug, disconnect, or reprogram any electronics or Wi-Fi equipment. Contact management if assistance is needed. Unauthorized changes may result in service charges. Wi-Fi may not be used for illegal activities.
