Located in 55+ adult community with access to 7 recreation centers, 8 golf courses, 2 bowling centers, fitness and spas and much more! Approximately 1150 square feet with 2 bedrooms/1 bath with tile floors throughout. Bedroom #1 has king size Sleep Number bed, bedroom #2 has queen sized Sleep Number bed. Enjoy freshly squeezed orange juice on rear yard patio. We are in close proximity to NFL Cardinals, baseball spring training, downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and more! Day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott and Jerome. Hike the white tank mountains or take a leisurely stroll around Lake Pleasant. Pets considered. No cats.

AZ 2023 stay

This home was exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds and newer updating was very nice. Home location made it easy to access any activities desired and within easy access to most highways. Quiet area with nice neighbors. We would recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

Sun City Vacation Home

We enjoyed our winter stay in this very comfortable home. As shown in the pictures, it is tastefully furnished, clean and uncluttered. The back patio has a southern exposure with a profusion of birds and rabbits to watch and enjoy. The grapefruit, orange and lemon trees in the backyard provided us with fresh juice and desserts during our stay. The Fairview Recreation Center is a 10 minute walk away. The South and North Golf courses are a short drive from the house. Fry's Grocery and Safeway stores are nearby. The owner is very helpful and responsive. We are looking forward to another winter in this home.

The fruit trees ARE amazing! Glad you were able to put this fresh fruit to good use! With Fairview Recreation Center the newest updated rec center in Sun City the close proximity is certainly a bonus! See you next year!

Excellent Sun City Property

Very nice, recently remodeled two bed room in the heart of Sun City. Very convenient to shopping and recreation. This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Nice, quiet covered patio. We will definitely come back in the future.

relaxation at it's best!

rented this home for 2 months and couldn't be happier from the time I initially requested my stay to the end the owner was ALWAYS available for any questions you may have. The home was close to everything and extremely close to the hospital which we had to use for an emergency. I would HIGHLY recommend this home from the inside to the outside it always felt like home. Thanks jeannie!!!

Sun City

We're just ending our month here in Sun City. The house was great, just as advertised and as expected. It's close to many things and in a very quiet area. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a very quiet area. We enjoyed watching the rabbits, quail and geckos in the morning in the yard. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do - restaurants, shopping,church and highways.. The property was clean and well-maintained.

There are so many things to do in the Phoenix area and being close to the I-10 is certainly a plus! Glad you enjoyed your stay!

I am a home builder/Real Estate Broker from Minnesota who purchased this home from my parents in 2013. I also own a vacation rental in SW Florida. I plan on spending my 'golden years' in a snow free zone!! I have an identical twin sister who lives in Surprise and look forward to the day when we can live closer to one another!

This home has been in my family for decades! It was owned by my great aunt and uncle prior to my folks purchasing. I have updated the entire home. The entire home is tiled with area rugs in the living room, AZ room and bedrooms. All the windows have been replaced and the exterior painted. Both bedrooms have Sleep Number beds as well as high quality sheets and linens to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have the BEST orange tree in Arizona! I have never tasted more sweet oranges. The outdoor patio is quite and a great place to enjoy the awesome AZ weather! Having access to 7 recreation centers there is plenty to do to enjoy your time in sunny Sun City AZ!
