Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. As soon as my dad sat in it, the legs fell off and he fell on the deck. The maintenance guy was great though, he came over right away and grabbed the chair and checked all of the other ones too! My kids especially loved the movie times we had using the 9ft projection screen.

It was a little drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but not too bad. The communication was fantastic with the rental agent! We needed extra towels, called and they delivered them quickly! The only bad thing I could say is there was no bathroom on the main floor so you needed to go upstairs or downstairs. Other than that , it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this cabin and company 😄
