Unsure

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with Elk Springs about a dozen times. I love the area of the resort, the many choices of cabins and the return discount. However the last two trips have had some issues. The issues were not deal breakers in and of themselves but with the many available resorts in the area and lack of response have me browsing elsewhere for future trips. While I’ve often recommended Elk Springs on social forums I have pulled back on that slightly. For the price we pay and loyalty I’ve shown I’m very disappointed in the last 2 trips

Needed Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, check-in was so easy, Bear Cub lodge was beautiful. The staff responded to every request and questions we had, they were there for us from check in to check out. We did have a problem with one of the queen size bedrooms bed, we made a complaint and it was responded to the same day but we discovered later that night the fix did not hold, as a matter of fact that bed frame has been worked on my times. The night before we left a thunderstorm with heavy rains occurred, and we discovered that there are at least two leaks, and we reported those. Overall we had a great stay and we would come back and stay again.

Bear Cub Lodge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the cabin very much. I was a little disappointed with the theater room. It was just a projector and screen and didn't end up using it due to difficulty getting anything to stream. The arcade game joystick didn't respond well to commands, just worn out. None of that mattered to me because I didn't go there to play video games or watch TV. My family really enjoyed the spacious cabin quarters, my grand daughters loved running around the place. It was close enough to town to buy anything you needed but still secluded in the woods. Only a few other cabins within sight. Very private compared to living in Detroit. I'd totally recommend staying there. Hot tub was great. All the supplies in the kitchen were helpful. Hated to leave the place. We'll be back again.

Please know that we keep staff on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. Thank you for recommending Elk Springs Resort—we are delighted to hear you will be back, and we truly look forward to welcoming you again soon!!
