Pool & Waterfront Safety

The pool, dock, canal, and waterfront areas should be used with care. Children must be supervised at all times.

Guests bringing or renting a boat are responsible for confirming that the vessel is appropriate for the canal and dock. Boat size, draft, tides, weather, water levels, clearance, and local navigation conditions may affect access.

Wildlife & Natural Surroundings

As a waterfront property, guests may occasionally see birds, fish, dolphins, manatees, insects, and other Florida wildlife. Please do not feed wildlife and keep doors closed when possible.
