This back duplex includes essential kitchen items (spices not included), a living room with a TV, and bedrooms with queen-sized beds. Enjoy a private entrance from the kitchen's back, leading to a cozy seating area for two. The property is conveniently situated next to trolley parking, separated by a private fence.

Respect quiet hours; 10 PM to 8 AM
-To ensure cleanliness, the dishwasher should be run the night before leaving. If this isn't possible, all dishes must be washed by hand on the day of departure.
-Reach out to host when changing temperature on thermostat
-No smoking inside
-Trash bins are in front of the home
-Close bottles of wine or tie bags with open cans/bottles to keep bugs from coming in.
**Cleaners may forget things as there are other units/properties, so please let me know what we could drop off or if we could fix areas that may need attention. Apologies in advance and thank you for your understanding as we want to provide a wonderful experience as a growing small business.

-Security Cameras are on the property directed at front entrance
-Only guests on reservation are allowed on the property.
-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!
