BYOB! Bring your own boat – we have a 65-foot boat slip for those that want to bring added fun for your vacation! Boat trailers are not permitted in the driveway, and other arrangements must be made in advance for storing – please ask us about our recommendations.
We also have a Golf Cart rental partner discount if you want to rent a golf cart for your vacation.

Our beach house accommodates 10 (TEN) guests and features a private heated pool and cozy firepit surrounded by lush landscaping for a moment of pure tranquility. Our home offers a place to call home with pristine beaches within walking distance to soak up the sun, float and swim in the tranquil emerald waters, and indulge in the beautiful sunsets of the Emerald Coast.

Second Floor Master Bedroom: King Bed with private bath | First Floor Bedroom 2: King Bed with private bath | First Floor Bedroom 3: King Bed with pullout couch and private bath | Pullout Couch located on the first floor living room. Each bedroom is uniquely designed with comfort in mind—featuring high-end linens. The listing description outlines the second pullout couch is located in the living room, but we have one pullout couch in the downstairs living room and the second pullout couch is located in the bottom floor king bedroom.

To indulge in the Florida breeze, there is plenty of outdoor seating with a natural gas grill for barbecuing or enjoying the upscale harbor front deck, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or sunset cocktails.

Unwind and relax on the beach, build sandcastles, take a fishing trip, play a game of ping pong by the pool, soak up the sun by the pool or sit on the rooftop deck and watch the beautiful sunsets of Destin and summer fireworks. The Harbor Fireworks shows take place every Thursday during the summer from Memorial Day through mid- August. You can watch the beautiful firework show right from the privacy of our two-story dock sitting alongside the cozy firepit.

Holiday Isle is unique in that it offers gated dedicated beach access as well as deep water boat slips.

Head over to the Norriego Point Beach Access, where you'll find both the calm harbor waters and the sparkling waves of the Gulf of America waiting for you. O'Steen Beach Access is just minutes away and with lifeguards on duty, you can always relax knowing everyone is safe while enjoying Destin’s famous turquoise waters.

Hop on the water taxi and cross the harbor to HarborWalk Village to dine, drink, and explore—no car required. Destin Water Taxi operates 7 days a week from 11:00 am to midnight around the Destin Harbor. Cost one way is $10 per person, and round trip is $18 per person, children 2 and under are free!

The Destin Harbor Boardwalk is a nearly quarter-mile waterfront promenade in Destin, Florida, offering a lively hub for dining, shopping, and entertainment with views of the fishing fleet. • Amenities include a stargazing waterfront dock/deck, heated private pool (no charge for pool heat), fire pit, reclining pool loungers, outdoor table and chairs, 70 foot boat slip and floating wave-runner/jet service dock (please inquire if you want to utilize the service dock), a fish cleaning station on dock, ping pong table, extra-large ice maker in garage, oversized heated and air conditioned garage, an outdoor gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffer maker and regular brew coffee maker, starter kit of coffee pods and creamer, large Smart flat-screen HDTVs with surround sound, free WIFI, Hulu Live TV, Pack-n-Play, luggage racks, air conditioning and central heating, washer and dryer, covered and open-air porches, crisp linens and bath towels.

• Please note that the boat lift is not available for guest use.
• Please note that the boat shown in the photos is privately owned and not included in the rental. Guests are strictly prohibited from touching, boarding, or tampering with the boat at any time. This boat may be parked here during your stay but does not limit any views or prevent you from bringing your own private boat.
