Your fun in the sun is just a few steps away at the beach, in the lake or just a short walk to all Coeur d’Alene summer has to offer. Our full private 3200sq ft home is available for you to stretch out and enjoy a home away from home, with many of the benefits of a resort hotel. Every room in this open concept home has large windows letting in the sun and lighting up the space. Enjoy a complimentary local treats as you wind down and enjoy a beautiful sunset
The entire home is your get away. Beginning outside, the 500sq ft patio is equipped with grill, table with chairs and umbrella, comfortable Adirondack chairs around a fire pit all looking out on the lake and its incredible sunsets. The main floor is a vast open concept with windows in every room. The living room, dining room, kitchen, wine nook and office are all open. The Master Ensuite with King bed is also on this level and a guest half bath. The private daylight downstairs level is completely private with a separate entrance and a barn door that can be swung closed for extra privacy. On this floor is a Queen Bedroom with attached sitting room with full size pull out sofa-bed, bathroom with tub and shower, and a large family room with TV. An additional bedroom with two/three twin beds is just down the hall. Family friendly toys, high chair, pack-n-play, books and more are provided. Check out our many amenities and goodies!
There are three driveway parking spaces and ample parking just across the street. We have provided recommendations for restaurants, activities and rentals. Rental bikes, paddleboards, boats, jet skis, Segway's, parasailers, air flight tours and everything needed to make your stay an adventure are just a short walk away. Climb Tubbs Hill or have a margarita at the Buoy. Our welcome basket gives you info of where to go and how to access these,
If you are coming for Ironman, the starting line is a two minute walk. If it is Independence Day that brings you, the fireworks are just steps away.
