The first floor also offers a convenient powder room and direct access to the garage. The upper level offers a primary suite with a King sized bed and entry onto a balcony spanning the width of the house and overlooking the back yard, a large custom walk-in closet and a newly renovated bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a Twin daybed, which can convert to a King if needed. Both bedrooms feature custom closets and share a newly renovated bath located next to the upstairs Laundry room. Freshly decorated with a very tropical island motif you'll feel as if you've been transported to paradise. Not only are linens and towels provided but so are beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart and a selection of sports and beach accessories.
